5-17-2012 Hammerman: Recently in Reno, Obama, China, Iraq, World Bank and the IMF all had a major meeting. In this meeting they came to an agreement and signed off on in it. The papers were given to the World Court. The World Court approved it. Some of my sources are saying 48 hours until RV, others are saying 3-6 days.

Poppy3: The real news of today will not appear till after at least 1PM today and most after 2PM today. Many of the more critical changes will not be reported till Friday and Saturday. They are active today on many levels and there will be tons of rumors and misinterpreted reactions to what is being said. Let this play out for a day or so and the real facts will finally show through.

The RV can appear on our door step at any time during all these new developments. The report to congress was just estimations showing things are being studied and that progress is being made. It is a good report, not bad.

THEN, FOR ONE PARTICULAR B4BANK THEY DROPPED THE RATE ON THE IQD TO ALL ZERO'S, BUY AND SELL.  THEY ARE PREPPING TO INSERT A RATE FOLLOWING THE LAST SEVERAL NIGHTS OF SOFTWARE UPGRADES AND CONNECTIVE TESTING.  MULTIPLE SOURCES ON THIS.

SO, IT APPEARS TO BE "ACTIVE AND FLUID SITUATIONAL AWARENESS INFORMATION!"   CLEARLY, THE PERSONNEL AND FACILITIES WHICH ARE ON AN ACTIVE STANDBY BASIS, STAFFED AND "LIT" ARE AN EXPENSE.

Our watcher was "at home" in his/her/their own bank and simply hadn't noticed the changes till then. Reports that excitement went up, knees got shaky! Sorry so long, had 3 PM's while trying to get this done

This is percolating. Kansas city, houston, boston. We are seeing stuff. Nothing they can do at the moment. I will not post a false alarm. Lets see what we have first. We have renumerating happening in several regional banks. K. City, denver, dallas, houston just came online a few ago. This started when hawaii shut the doors and locked up. I told you it might be this way back last april. This "could" be some kind of dress rehersal. We need to see if it spreads. We might see a cascade effect where it downloads to all the different branches.

Then woo-hoo! Several across the country, so not just an isolated case. Getting this from some insiders. Rates appear to be hugenormous!
