[cruiser] BWM she is the exception to that rule. Better than that is she/he/it got a rate. WOW and than stated that is not the rate, but will receive the correct rate when it comes out. That leads to believe that this person has an SKR which would imply a NDA.

[BWM] Good Evening All… I had one other point that I guess I needed to cover during the little chat I had  today… when we discuss “hard” investments (watch your mind superduty) it’s important to remember WHERE you are is as important as WHAT you purchase… know YOUR market and the long term effects of those purchases on the area… 

for example… purchasing a large acreage of timber in the rural area doesn’t have much impact on the local economy… purchasing real estate in rural area could be completely different with zoning codes and future development. 

[BWM] Here in our small community there is one particular piece of property for sale… nice building, good location… but it’s had 4 restaurants during my 10 + years of living here that have located and gone out of business there…

so, why would ppl continue to purchase and try to build a restaurant in that location… well because yours will be “different”… hopefully you have been doing your homework on purchases like this that you may be considering…

[BWM] Well as usual, I see some folks misunderstood my comments from last night… when I said PLAN to be ready to get your money invested quickly I didn’t mean just throw your money into investments as fast as possible…. the point was to UNDERSTAND what investment AREAS you want to pursue….

if you consider the lost interest on 1M USD that could be a significant amount over 3-6 months IF YOU HAVE NOT PREPARED….

[BWM] Don’t just put your money into something that you have not researched… obviously the opportunity for loss in many investments could outweigh the need to immediately fund a poor investment.

My point was this… you should have a good idea WHERE you will be funding monies… now I know NOT knowing the rate might inhibit the complete plan coming together… but hopefully you’ve got stages worked out or percentages to understand where you’d LIKE to put your money…

[BWM] first, I notice there are a number of "to do" lists that ppl are circulating around for ppl... a checklist of sorts... I'm not disagreeing that you need to have a checklist/to do list BUT you need to have done enough background to know whether certain things are relevent to you or not...

 [AndieZ] BWM - relevant ... can you talk about that a little bit?

[BWM] some of the information going around will not pertain to you specifically... so be aware that you may ask/do something that is unnecessary or worse, cause you more time and headache because you didn't do the checks to know whether it was needed for your situation

[raven1111] BWM I find it interesting that the things I thought were important to know at the beginning of this endeavor are not so much....

BWM: well it's been a day of, well, junk again....

BWM: it's been another one of those days... information all over the place... from the 'it's here to months from now'

BWM: I've never had a problem with those that want to bring the information they have attempting to give ppl information without hyping the masses for a countdown

BWM: my problem is still with the number of questions I get daily from those so broken by the information that led them to believe another deadline (which didn't exist to start) has passed and the worries have set back in (rollercoaster syndrome)

BWM: it's getting crazy.... I just hope that everyone will remain grounded in all your outlooks making sure you don't quit your day jobs or stop doing what you need to do for you and your family to make the best of your situation until this happens

BWM: this isn't negative... I'm not downer Dan or anything with the "north koreans are coming" or anything... I just don't see a need to pinpoint a date on the calendar and fix all the hopes and dreams on that exact moment

BWM: can't stay long... too many unnecessary discussions going on to start with...

BWM: I'm still in disbelief to get texts of things others have said the last few days and the constant "banter" that some seem to think is so humorous and nondescript to those that are so desperate to hear something...
  
BWM: just because you prelude or conclude with "treat as rumor" does NOT give you an excuse to say anything you want... there are ppl's lives that ARE affected by the actions of others...

BWM: if you are "waiting" for a graduation announcement you'll be too late... pay attention to information that gives you something (as in directions) to do... ppl who have become so "vain" that they will recycle information at the first opportunity of sounding like they have something to say....
