Frank26 IQD Update after Bible Study Tuesday, June 18, 2013

• Frank reviewed a post stating that Kuwait dropped the ball in our court and cleared the way for lifting Chpt 7, see post from 6/16 #284; don’t worry about the 11billion owed to Kuwait, it’s chump change!

• I Teams sent another update to the intel from last night, he will review later

• Tomorrow we look to see Qi cards come out, however there should be no turmoil if they do not come out tomorrow, as long as we see them sometime between June 19 and June 26; do not be concerned if they are not activated immediately upon release

• Look at the movement of the Iraqi dinar, a huge drop in 2 hours

DELTA -- Conference call of Wednesday June 12

What a great day today!
We've waited all of us, for this day!

The meeting was supposed to get together several times, in December, then January and on and on and for security reasons it was delayed.

Until today.

When the Prime Minister of Kuwait arrived, they showed that. And it was a very very successful kind of meeting!

I saw that all live on Iraqi TV. Everyone in Iraq is talking about this. There is a happiness in the people and the Iraqi government, in what the Iraqi government is going to do for them.

Today they announced live on TV, the meetings and they signed 6 memorandums of understanding with Iraq and Kuwait.

After this they had a press conference.

How the process will work, we'll just give it to you real quickly familiy. They came back on live on TV, and this is what they exactly say:

"..Today we closed all the files. That we are going to move from chapter 7 to chapter 6."

Family,I trust Frank & Delta 100% ........... BUT........... I have someone in my group that would like to see proof of where it says that once Iraq moves into Chapter 6 that they MUST have an internationally tradeable currency.

( This was stated on last nights CC )

Can anyone provide me with an article, IMF or UN document that states that???

Frank26:  No ........ There is no article as such.

But the IMF does say in order to become international .......... Their banks and currency MUST be of this level.The IMF gives them the green light via article 4 to add value to their currency. Ch7 is not observed ..... imports .....educators.... weapons.....ect. Yet it STOPS Iraq from being international.   Wonder why?

What can the GOI do to add value to the removal of Ch7?

Add value to toilet paper......Used.

• Frank read 2 postings from the forum to clarify some confusion about his comment that he is not looking for a rate in June; this does not mean he is not expecting anything to happen in June, rather it means that he is looking for far more than just a rate – he is looking at patterns, movements, news articles, etc. on a global level rather than just looking only for a rate

• Frank reviewed the events timeline from the emergency conference call we had on a Friday in March through now; to review, Frank is looking for:

March: the GOI was given the power to RD; April: the GOI was given permission for Maliki and Barzani to work together on agreements we now see; May: the IMF had a second meeting with CBI and gave the green light, approved what they are doing; June: looking for the RD/LD (in country);

July: RI (international);

With the bazillion questions that have arisen since my last couple of posts concerning the Global Currency Reset, the time has come to bring everyone up to date.

First, some clarifications. We've talked about the reinstatement of the IQD being part of this first basket, and people have asked how in the world the IMF can go from a program rate to a reinstatement of its original value to an international release without first doing a redenomination in country.

The question misses the fact that all of these events can happen virtually instantaneously.

The inclusion of the IQD/IQN in this first basket of currencies is a decision that was made when the baskets first began to be configured years ago.

The fact that it was still under a program rate was irrelevant to the fact that when the planning began, the "authors of the plan" knew that a swift and systematic process would result in the lifting of the sanctions and bring the rate to a tradeable and functioning position in country.
