2 years ago the WB said they would sponsor the IQD. What have they been doing for the past month and a half? Frank says they have been “Sponsoring” the IQD.
If the WB has been in Iraq for 5 weeks; talking with Shabibi; who are they telling? Maliki says Frank. The AoP wants him to know what’s going on. Maliki then passes the info to the GOI…tactfully.

Yesterday Frank imparted to us that Shabibi spoke for two days in a row Monday and Tuesday. If he talked today, whoa, hold on to your hats. But unfortunately he did not come out today and speak again unfortunately. Would have been great to see him speak for 3 days in a row, but he didn’t.

1) it is clear that Barzani has a grudge against Maliki. His motivations IMO are not to a unified Iraq but a separate state. Talibani is supportive of Maliki and the National Alliance is genuine in their desire to settle matters and "implement" them.

Frank illustrates a caterpillar metamorphosing to become a butterfly with our investment. We cannot see the process can we? The process is messy; much like our investment. But the great news is, is that the process IS in process.
There is SO MUCH evidence that is occurring that shows us that it is happening. The revalue of the IQD is going through a metamorphosis.
Maliki is going to put the politicians on TV soon; not quite sure when. The TV is the best place to send a message, not to you and me, but to communicate with the people of Iraq. They know the position of the people of Iraq.
What did they tell them today? TV is being used to tell the people the truth. The process of lifting the three zeros is in motion and it’s doing very well. On TV they are talking about the HCL today. Not much to do with our investment. Doesn’t affect us; none what so ever says Frank.

Last night recap. The World Bank with Shabibi, the ATM machines (280,000 dinar for the whole contract???) to put ATM machines in the airports???, that’s like $250.00 to put all the ATM machines in the airports???, Frank laughs. Yellow, poke-a-dot underwear! LoL The topper from yesterday was the Minister of Finance told Parliament not to say anything about the budget because it would expose the new currency rate when they record all of the accounts out of the budget with the new currency.

Didn’t they say they would stop the auctions in July? This is important. It’s amazing. The auctions are very important to Shabibi and the CBI.
Iraqiya TV came on this morning and said it looks like the auctions are now stopping. That’s not possible says Frank. Shabibi needs these auctions. But wait; Shabibi and the AoP have set a really nice table for the WB to come and visit and check out their China. It’s no longer plastic-ware. Stop by and help us remove some cockroaches the same way you removed them from the GOI. Can you do that for us WB?
Why do you think the WB would do that family? Why would the auctions stop now when they said they would stop in July? Why is the WB coming? It’s because the CBI, AoP and Shabibi have something to show off.

Over the weekend, the financial ministry committee with Shabibi and the Central Bank before Shabibi comes to the US. There was some kind of meeting behind closed doors about the dollar rising against the dinar. Shabibi was asked to do something to combat this very quickly to increase the value of the Dinar. He did promise them back in the prior articles that in the coming days. Over the weekend they came out to say it in Arabic, Delta says it in Arabic what was said on TV; they have promised that they are going to do something to increase the dinar’s value. There is a lot of talk on TV about this.
There was a big huge meeting with the IMF meeting on 19th and 20th. Dr. Allsawi (Financial Minister) and Dr. Shabibi were in the US; they stopped in Switzerland and Delta’s CBI contact informed him of talk going on inside the CBI that Shabibi took with him some very, very important documents. We don’t know exactly what the documents were but we know what has been transpiring of late. The Basel Central Bank is there. They came all the way to the IMF, in the US, the US Treasury, Shabibi and Financial minister had a behind closed doors meeting.

NO... Riski riski they said last week that they have 120% back up for the current exchange rate and that was with only 65 b .the gov and cbi and the imf did agree on the rate that's why they had to send another 200b.
Now they should have about 265 billion dollar.
