 [papajack] What rate is that? Well we have heard rumors but honestly common sense tells us it will be near Kuwait.

papajack] Speculation on rates is pointless the IMF already approved a rate so that is where it will be PERIOD!!!!

papajack] The big question is what or why are we waiting on? Who or what is the delay? Well the only common sense answer I can come up with is politics and I know that opens up a whole new can of worms so I won't go there.

papajack: Hey everybody I thought I should drop by and throw a few idea's out there so things don't fall into chaos. First of all OKIE truthfully told you what the screens were showing, secondly I have told you all along there are 2 schools of thought, 1. It's all about Iraq, or 2. The banks have the rate. Meaning BEAR vs OKIE, I don't think for a minute we will get $40+ but I am hopeful for $4+ JMHO but it did show the high rate. STAY BALANCED!!!!!

crawdaddy to papajack: good day papajack, i had a thought about the 2 schools of thought. wouldnt it make since to let iraq take credit for this, its their country after all. so they sign off on the nuts and bolts of this a few weeks ago, we do our thing, and when iraq seats their govt, we throw the switch! thats why there is intel coming out of iraq and here at the same time.
