They have been approved to rv on their own but their FINANCE MINISTER is holding for what we believe this reason. They can't afford to rv at the rate China is asking them to do at present but China is saying they will back them However there finance minister doesn't want them to be even more obligated to China than they are and he knows and is saying if they can hold out till the dinar RV'S they can back their own currency because of the amount of Dinar they hold. 5:09 PM [poppy3] ok rich friends I am going to give the updated information on the DONG. Here is what I have heard and just confirmed.
THE DONG has been scheduled as we have known for a long time now to RV in the same basket as the DINAR. As of last week they and China met with the IMF and ask to be allowed to RV at anytime on their own and from what we have gathered thus far where granted permission.
China has purchased the majority of the banking system in v/n and they are pushing them to go ahead and RV ....
Now a solid source from V/N BANKING is saying he thinks if IRAQ doesn't RV THIS WEEK then V/N will proceed and go ahead. This is awesome news as you can imagine.

[poppy3] ok i have now read this in three places that they have this 7 day waiting period before the actual removal. I have noticed in the last 3 days maliki has been silenced and they quit paying any attention to anything he has said over a week AGO.... He seems to have realized he is cooked.
I also think they are having all these progressive meeting's daily as preparation for post maliki. The rv appears to be a very front and center subject . Dr shabibi has been in meetings at least 12 of the last 14 days addressing all phases of financial subjects and the effect changes will have for Iraq and the global economies. Best timing guess at this point in time is rv will take us into the first week or two of june at best.mind you this is just a guess from details of various information
I still believe they can rv from this moment on but if the Dr. Has waited for a seated GOI and Erbil this long why would he change his mind now??? I don't think so.poppy3
