He says that this stuff about hackers is true and that they believe they have closed all the loop holes and that he believes without more problems that we should see it within 48 hrs. ...... and they did plan on RVing several days ago and it was caught in final test...

system. they are waiting on CBI to make any last changes and to release the codes
