The comments will be open on this post, ideas and comments pertaining only to this subject will be posted after approval.  Thank you for your ideas.

We received the following question to us tonight...

Thank you for what you do. I wish there was a way after the RV to help your team. Please find a way for us to contribute back someday. Thank you.

Dinar Recaps has always been a free website for everyone.  We are grateful that the Google ads we have do pay all the expenses of running the website and appreciate all our readers.

We have received similar questions like the above and are thinking that Post RV, each member of The Dinar Recaps Team will choose one charity for donations.  The list of charities will be posted on our site, and readers can choose if they would like to donate.

So our question is...What charity would you like for Dinar Recaps to post as an option AFTER the RV?

Christina Shealy plans mini vacations for wounded warriors from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Those whose treatment allows them to be away a few days. Many have family members travel with them. The Elks Club in Rocky Mount and Wilson NC & local Marine Cors League Detachments often provide lunch as they are about half way when the trips take them to the resort spots of coastal SC. One of the greatest limitations is cost of transportation. I personally plan on purchasing a bus for them, and going to use Christina as the contact person, although she does not know any of this yet. I do not want to get anyone excited till we have actual RV. I have all her contact info for anyone who would like to know more about her programs and her needs. Mine is sannes@suddenlink.net

I vote for any charity that is working with/for the veterans of our armed forces. Without them (or "us", as I am a 60% DAV) there would be no free Iraq and this "dinar blessing" would not be taking place at all.
I offer the following examples:
Disabled American Veterans (DAV)
Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA)
The American Legion
The Wounded Warriors Project
The USO

i did fund raising and public relations for non profit organizationsfor many years and I found that the agencies that fall between the cracks and are in the most need of funds are local small agencies ioften in yoyur community. Agencies that house clother and feed the poor, especailly working poor families. Agencies for the disabled, the blind etc. Government cut backs have been hardest on these type of agencies. I would stay away from agenices like American Cancer Society, United Way etc. but give to your local hospice. The bigger the agency the more of your dollar goes to administration and not to the people you intend.
Heifer project, Smile Train, Doctors w/o Borders and many agencies set up to help returning Veterans with PTSD. That is my field of expertise. I am a grief recovery and PTSD counselor, Let's not let what happened to Vietnam Vets happen again. Approx. 68 thousand veterans died in Vietnam and over twice that number have since taken their own lives largely due to the fact that they were handed open prescriptions instead of therapy, love and compassion.

There is a family in Fallon, NV, Cliff and Darcy Huntley, who have been operating Borrowed Time Equine Rescue, rescuing horses, mules, donkeys, etc from slaughter for over 3 years and they have just about ran out of funds. Cliff is a disabled veteran and does this as therapy for himself and other veterans. They get most of their food from their church and food for the animals from donations and Cliff's VA Disability. They are in desperate need of donations to feed the animals and themselves and hopefully build shelters for the animals. They have just recently obtained their 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization status, so your donation is tax deductible. Thank you so much for your consideration.

I, too, am a 100% disabled Vet from the Vietnam conflict and I live in Fallon. I think when the RV happens, the Huntleys won't have to worry where their next can of beans will be coming from.
Allow me to also recommend donating to the Shriner's Children Hospitals and Burn Clinics. They reconstruct broken and mis-shaped little ones into normal children at no cost to the parents. I will be donating a fairly large sum to this most worthy cause.

My best friend Greg Bonann created on of the most popular TV shows in history entitled "Baywatch." Greg has been Kighted in three countries because kids watching the show were able to learn the basics of CPR and as a result "Baywatch" was credited with saving over 350 lives worldwide.

In 1993, Greg Bonann and Tai Collins established "Camp Baywatch" now known as "A Chance For Children Foundation." Its Mission Statement is as follows:

Our Mission

A Chance for Children strives to empower at-risk youth by providing the opportunities to set goals and the tools to achieve them. We fight to instill the belief that no child is limited by their surroundings or upbringing. By encouraging dreams and consistently exposing them to new experiences outside the dangers and struggles of their daily lives each child will have a chance for a better future.

Since 2001, Greg has funded the bulk of the operating costs and I'm sure with the help of our "Post RV Dinarians" both Greg and Tai could greatly expand this worthwhile operation.

Please view their website at:

Thank you for your review and consideration.

Just a Consideration:

If all Christian believers would consider giving at least 20% (instead of just a 10% tithe) to a number of Reliable & Trustworthy Charitable Ministries, we could radically impact the world for the Kingdom of God, and the transformation & benefit of a multitude of people. Of course, this would depend on how many IQD you hold, and the RV rate.

For all others who have various beliefs who hold IQD, if you would consider giving 20% to true Humanitarian & Aid Charities you would also profoundly impact the world for good, and benefit & transform many lives.

Thanks for reading, and any consideration you might give the above suggestions.

In our church, we have been working for the last few years on a way to increase the number of real-life experiences our children are exposed to as a way to build their confidences in life-skills (It is amazing how many 10 year olds don't know how to peel a carrot or measure something!) and as a foundation for academic skills. The RV will give us the needed funds to expand and formalize the program. We need real tools (you should see their eyes light up when they use a tape-measure, work with animals, and roast a turkey). We need space. We need to be able to pay staff so there is continuity in the program. We plan to attach scholarship $ to skills they master. By-the-way, social skills are essential components of the program. This system is based not new. In the past, we called it apprenticeship - the modern handle is "experiential learning."

my husband and I are having a baby in a few months who will be born with gastroschisis, it is a rare deformity where 1 out of 2229 are born with their intestines out of their little bodies and require one or several surgries as soon as they are born. it is unknown why this happens and researchers are still looking into it as each year the rates go up. it's sad to see pictures and videos on this on google and youtube. cant imagine how ourlives are going to change once our baby boy is born and the countless days/months at the hospital. So if this RV goes through soon we are going to donate to a charaity that is close to our home and hearts to Averys Angels Gastroschisis foundation it is the only foundation helping babies, parents, and researchers find answers and help. I welcome you guys to look into this site and do some research for yourselves and consider donating a little to averys angels.org once the rv goes through. I can tell you

Healing Wings Ministries

Healing Wings Ministries is a 501c3 corporation with a global vision that reaches out to those who are broken, bound and spiritually lost with the Father’s promise for healing, freedom, restoration and ultimately transformation through His Son, Jesus Christ. It was established in 1993 by Debbie Milligan, and since then joined by her husband, Randy Johnson, Robin D’Haillecourt and many volunteers.

This ministry’s emphasis on God’s design for wholeness and the fullness of salvation is a message that transcends gender, race, and socioeconomic status. Jesus did more than preach the saving message of the Gospel, He also reached out and enfolded hurting people; He touched sin-filled lives, brought restoration and then set them free.

My son recently passed and I didn't have a life insurance policy on him. It was a nightmare trying to give him a proper burial
The Indengent Fund in my state were the only resource that would help but they could only do so much due to funding. I would like it if you all would be so kind as to donate money to that program in whatever state you live in. I am confident that citizens would be more then grateful. Thank you!

I will be donating to averys angels.org its the only gastroschisis foundation for babies who are born with this diformity. Babies who have this are born with their intestines out of their bodies and require mostly more than one surgery soon after they are born. I myself am currently pregnant with my second baby who will be born with this rare deformity, so our choice is dear to our heart and home when it comes to donating to a charity. Its very sad just to watch and do research on this on google or youtube. just imagine how my husband and I feel waiting for the birth of our baby and hoping everything goes well. I welcome all to do their own research on this and consider donating to this cause. 1 in 2229 babies are born with gastroschisis.

A new charity helping troops with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) claims it can treat even the most severe cases within four days.

Veterans charity Talking2Minds (T2M) said its courses can even help soldiers with drug and alcohol addictions who may not be able to get conventional help.

American Center for Law and Justice - Jay Sekulow. These are the lawyers who defend our rights as Christians before the Supreme Court and other courts. If they don't win, we don't either.

Families who adopt or foster children who aren't in the CPS system. Many families are raising children whose parents wouldn't or couldn't take care of them. These families aren't reimbursed by the state and many of them are older grandparents. I am going to have a foundation that helps individual families who "fall in the cracks" for any kind of assiistance.

If I had to narrow it down, then I would suggest the following charities:
Battered Woman's Shelter;
Projects for Wrongly Accused Inmates;
Solid Organ Transplant Recipients - assisting with medication costs, insurance premiums, etc.;
Cancer Research - specifically Multiple Myeloma;
Bereavement Centers;
Any non-profit business affiliated with a church.
Thank you for asking our opinions. It is so important that we help one another.

As opposed to donating to an organized charity I suggest. We all pass on random acts of kindness in our everyday lives. Charities all have overhead that they must account for. But with random acts of kindness 100% of your donation goes directly to the intended recipient (I read somewhere that salvation army has billions of dollars worth of real estate. How can that be when we have starving children and families? Obviously our donations are not making it to the intended people) A great example would be offer one or a group of homeless people an education for a trade. Or buy a wounded vet a prosthetic limb, counseling or therapy for P.T.S.D. if all of us would just "pay it forward" with the resolution for them to follow in our foot steps and also practice random acts of kindness swell. I feel our tithing's will go much farther.

The American Anti-Cancer Institute
Go to www.AmericanACI.org and donate what you can and buy a case of books "Killing Cancer - Not People" and pass them out to the 1 in 2 people who, according to the World Health Organization, is slated to get some sort of cancer at some point in their lifetime! The website is full of amazing tips for people who have (or want to avoid) cancer.

TCB Caring Hands! Dedicated to all veterans, TCB Caring Hands will help vets access VA benefits but will focus on those who "fall through the cracks" of current systems. There are programs addressing employment for veterans, homelessness among veterans, VA benefits, home healthcare, emergency funds for families, even vacations for veterans. We owe everything to our vets, but they're facing budget cut after budget cut after laying everything on the line for us. TCB Caring Hands seeks to let every veteran know that we truly appreciate what the veteran has done for us.

Thank you for your work… www.ourhouseofhope.org is a end-of-life home. In our community we have between 30-50 people that die without a ‘place’ to die – mostly women. We do not charge the patient or their family [many don’t have family] and provide access to medical hospice care and we become their ‘family. We remove pain, fear and confusion and provide dignity and the best for their last days of life. We rely on private giving – no government support. Blessings to you and your families. Thank you. First off, the most fun to be had, is when you give, and no one has the slightest clue as to who sent it! Not one will know me or that i will be behind any project...i want to be invisible. This will give me the freedom to see where there is a need, and to quietly fill it!
I want to call the project: "FROM THE HEAVENS".
I want a big warehouse, and will constantly fill it with everything you could imagine...food, blankets, clothing, shoes, household stuff, pet stuff, and school supplies...the list goes on.
I will purchase truck loads and pallets of good stuff, and stock the secret-location-warehouse(s).
Many places that help folks are rather small for the needs that they fill, so...mysterious trucks will deliver goods to these places that need any help, albeit, a fund raiser, a Christmas Event, (Holidays), an organization, a food bank, a community anything.
All any of these blessed and deserving folks will know, is that they will get a card that only says..."FROM THE HEAVENS".
There will be a secret hotline, where charities can call and request their needs. The number will not be traceable.
Think about winter clothing, shoes, etc...families in need...
Vets, children, and the like.
I have been planning three Humanitarian projects since 2004.
This one, i dream of being everywhere!
Silent Blessings are powerful!
Have a happy day, Folks, and thankx for Your time.

Every need can be filled.

There are several charitable causes that we are planning to donate to in a post RV world. Here are just a few

Iris Ministries - Heidi and Rolland Baker in Mozambique Africa
Heroes of the Nations - Erica Greve Rescuing Children out of Sex Trade
Agricultural Development Fund - Kenya, Mozambique, Afghanistan, Iraq
Bungoma, Kenya - Orphans, and Supernatural Schools of Ministry
Afghanistan - Ministry among the Pashtun People
Iraq - Vicar Andrew White
UCSD - Student Ministries with Brian Orme
Eagles View Ministries - Bobby Conner
Bethel Church - Bill Johnson
Global Awakening - Randy Clark
Selah Ministries - Ray Hughes

Very Excited about doing our part to bring Global Transformation through the power and presence of Jesus Christ. This is going to be a great season. But our heart is to multiply what is given to us through the RV so that we can bring multiplication of the gift given to us by the Father so that we live off of the increase and not the original seed. Lord grant us wisdom.

Blessings to all of you!

Kingdom Pathways is a local non-profit ministry for the homeless and recovering in St. Paul MN. It is our vision to collaborate with the local chruches to unite in outreach to the poor, providing pathways to independence, in collaboration with existing resources.

It is our belief that when the Christian church unites in real-life, systematic, and continuous outreach to the poor, lasting change can happen. We are based in St. Paul, MN with our model outreach, and plan on duplicating these outreaches all over the Twin Cities, and throughout the USA but cannot do this without your help. Thanks for your consideration. Blessings from our Lord Jesus Christ....

I have many thoughts I would love to see something to help people in your own community to get off drugs and do away with these methadone clinics. IMO these places are doing more harm than good so many young people go to these clinics because its cheaper than a rehab plus they are still getting a high. These places never ween them off the methadone they just keep giving them more. So theres gotta be something done to stop this and help our young people. Most of these people cant work because they are so doped up and they dont even realize it. So these means either their families or the goverment has to take care of them. I think we should research our own communities and help our you

The Majority World Church Needs Indigenous Leadership. Trained and educated leadership is the best hope for a growing but leaderless chruch.

Overseas Council (OC) partners with over 100 seminaries, Bible institutes and other strategic ministries in 60 countries by leveraging people, expertise and resources to advance quality Christian leadership training, thus empowering churches around the world to fulfill the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Our goal is to equip indigenous biblical leaders to be effective pastors, teachers, evangelists, missionaries and Christian leaders in their own countries. OC pursues its mission in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.Why there? This is where Christianity is growing fastest and the need for biblically trained leaders to disciple millions of new believers is most urgent.

Please help with a scholarship for a indigenous church leader for $1200/yr. Or, help build new classrooms, libraries and computer labs for existing seminaries in the Majority World.

I have been reading all the comments and yes Dear Lord there are so many charitys to give to but in my opinion it is the smaller non-profit organization that could need our help. I have been reading hammermans, bulldogs, okieoilman, bellagrit, and I enjoy every one of their information. I purchased a few dinars not like many of you that probably have millions. I only get paid 15hours andI work 40 or more, but where I work is a non-profit program for breast cancer and sometimes I can see my boss with some tears in her eyes because she didn't get funded to keep going with our program. I love what I do andthat is helping every woman I can to get tested for breast cancer but only my God knows how difficult it is to help when you don't have the funds. It hurts even more when there are young very young women with cancer and some we can't help much any more. IT IS HEART BREAKING WHEN YOU TRY TO MAKE ENDS MEET AND YOU CAN'T BECAUSE OF LACK OF FUNDS. ALL I ASK IS FOR A LITTLE PIECE OF CRUMB OF YOUR BLESSINGS. MAY GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU AND HOPE THAT RV IS TODAY. LOVE YOU ALL MY FAMILY IN JESUS CHRIST. HOPEFORPAWS.ORG - Eldad Hagar and his wife Audrey take strays off the street (as well as shelter animals on the day they are to be euthanized), personally bathe them, get them med'l care/surgeries, and foster them, then work to find them permanent homes. They network with local foster programs, shelters, and vets in the LosAngeles area. The experts & pro's in this work call on this young man when they have difficulty capturing a stray!

This guy is magic when it comes to "unsocial/unadoptable" animals. Big, growling street dogs become giddy, loving puppies after just a few minutes with Eldad Hagar.

It would be great if he and his wife teach their methods to others. I plan to contribute for that, as well as aid their organization financially in helping these sad, deserving, loving beings. Hopefully, you might also like to help.
YOUTUBE has video's of some of his street rescues/captures. One has recently gone viral: "Blind Dog Living In Trash Pile" -- it'll break your heart, then make you laugh through your tears as you see this previously hopeless, despairing unwanted 11-yr old "throw-away" dog romping like a puppy and gratefully licking faces, it's sight restored thanks to surgery paid for by the Hagars'.

Also: THECLOUDFOUNDATION.ORG -- dedicated to saving and preserving America's wild horses on public lands. The FEDS are doing their best to destroy LIVING AMERICAN HISTORY here (and in some cases capturing these healthy beautiful horses to sell to other countries for slaughter/horsemeat-- disgusting). Their numbers are dwindling fast.

The Cloud Foundation is fighting back, doing all they can w/legislature in D.C., the courts, as well as documenting this aspect of genuine all-American wildlife. These horses are slowing losing the battle against the Fed. bureaucracy, so The Cloud Foundation needs all the help it can get now, before it's too late.

Also: the INDIAN RESERVATIONS. Children growing up in unbelievable proverty, right here in America, with alcoholism taking huge numbers of the adults living there -- leaving these kids without strong mentors to protect them, provide for them, or guide them.
Funds and Trusts need to be established to help these children with education, mentoring, and basic daily necessities (food, clothing, dental/medical care, etc).
