Also, the registering and listing of bank needed (not us) information helped to logistically set this in motion.

Hammerman.....Late Evening 5-28-2012 There were some big meetings on Wed of last week with the IMF, World Bank, China, Japan, Canada that lasted over 2 days. Good stuff came out of those meetings. There was some serious concern that the US and Canada could be holding up the RV. That's just what I'm being told. I think this is Shabibi's puppy and he gave the code book to the BIS and in that was the date and rate and we just haven't reached that date yet.
Maliki is already gone. He was exiled weeks ago and sent to London and Switzerland and they seized everything he had. He will be reinstated but no one will ever know it because now he's being nice, nice.
About 2 hours ago I heard that rather than 13 countries RVing without Iraq that permission was given that it has gone from 13 to 25. VND, China and Mexico all in this basket. If they RV without Iraq they will get about a 17% increase in their rate. If they wait and RV with Iraq they will get a 50% rate increase in their rate. I think they're going to wait until the very last minute to see if Iraq gets on board.
At 6pm central time tonight the banks were called back in to look for rate changes on these countries. They are at the banks right now watching the screens expecting it. The next few days will be very promising.
