My 3 contacts that are high up in US govt (former Pres, VP and ??) ... what I'm getting from them is there is a 50/50 chance of Maliki staying/going. Not even the US govt knows if hes goign or staying. A list has been handed over to have him removed - they have the signatures to remove him. I THINK they said they have 17 additional. And major opinion of everybody is Maliki doesn't want it take to vote. He will lose ALL safety nets if it goes to vote.
