[BGG] From CY - Dr. Shabibi is ready to RV his money. He has been waiting on the Iraqi government to get its act together. Anyone that really knows what is going on knows this is the case. So far those taking this position have been right about the timing of the RV day after day while the "gurus" have been consistently wrong about their many upon many past predictions of an RV. It is always better to go with those who have been right about things than those who have not.

Jul 26 8:40 AM [BGG] From CY - Up to this point it has been better to look at the RV in terms of weeks or months. This is what I have been doing since April of this year. When the National Conference is called, it will be time to start looking at this process in terms of days or maybe even hours. I think Dr. Shabibi will give the green light to RV the Iraqi money soon after some political stability is achieved in Iraq.
