BWM: you know I read something today that said someone spent time on a call with 15 intel providers laughing it up... two problems with that... A) I couldn't recognize 15 ppl as true intel folks and if you spend time on the phone with 15 "intel" ppl it's pretty obvious you don't have any contacts... oh wait, never mind we knew all that already...
BWM: here's another truly interesting point about who is really who at the moment... something serious to consider... everyone has their own "style" of posting and it's pretty obvious to most when someone "isn't" posting... but have you noticed that there are a couple of "providers", and I use that term VERY loosely, who in particular CANNOT spell... and amazingly enough their LIVE chats seem to be most graciously handled grammatically and technically very well... makes me wonder if they are really WHO they say they are...
BWM: I had a point brought to my attention today that I did not realize fully the extent that there had been some "upsetting" news about so let me clarify... it was mentioned today to me that jonny "owned" 3sintel... that is untrue...

When he and the others decided to leave he decided not to turn over the names to us here. With our commitment to the members we merely picked up the .info and kept plugging along. I'm sorry for any confusion but I did want everyone to understand where we stood... we have asked jonny to turn over those suffixes to us but he refused.
Again, I only share this to alleviate any confusion as to why we are at .info now. Thanks again for you spending time here and please understand that we are here to help you hold on with what information we can provide and prepare for the opportunities that will be elevated to you.
dietcokeandice: BWM you stated the other nite that you were thinking of some other types of investments post RV---are you going to do a classroom on this or any other thoughts
BWM: dietcokeandice sure if you'd like to get into that... I have some time..
BWM: I think once this happens... and some things come out... you'll see some of the true colors of some of the individuals that have passed along information during the years... and like our government morals I think some of you will be sorely disappointed...
BWM: so in regards to other types of investments... again the biggest thing I am looking for is the length of time that I will be considering involvement
BWM: so what are some of your thoughts on additional investments you are considering post RV
BWM: eagles4 considerations on farmland... DON'T give up the mineral rights...
eagles4: BWM have some and will get m ore And amen on mineral rights. Need ot have the right attorney
dietcokeandice: BWM one nite you came on AT CLOSING and stated that you had some ideas on different options
BWM: dietcokeandice renewable land will be something I look into.... we do trees down here... pines but lumber has been so poor but I see a rebound coming and I can wait
wisewarrior: Love says don't give up your water rights either
dietcokeandice: how do you go about these ideas
TexasT: BWM it is just hard for me to see post rv at this point!
BWM: TexasT you have to plan... multiple levels will allow you not to fall into things that you can't
afford post rv...
BWM: TexasT my youngest daughter and I have a ritual on saturdays that we go through the dinar packet and update paperwork (residency and such) and she likes to count the dinar... she came to me today (again) and said, "dad, it's saturday" and I replied,"yes dear, but like I said last week, if we count the dinar much more it's gonna count as circulated when they verify it"
eagles4: BWM we rent a florida condo in the winter that sold for $795000 5 years ago and now the price is $295000 and I am watching that closely
BWM: eagles4 real estate to me (unless you have a lot) AND a management company just doesn't add up for me... I tried to do the math here (again, this is not a resort area) but I could see IF the area was not a threat for hurricanes and such
eagles4: BWM Farmland for me is a true and safe investment. About at 9% return. The florida property is a safe haven for some money and a vacation place for us.
BWM: eagles4 it's ok to have a loss... some ppl don't understand that... you need some write offs to balance the books...
eagles4: BWM yes you do and I have
BWM: eagles4 I have businesses planned that I don't need to make money (they will pay me a salary and my family as employees AND more importantly insurance) I just want them to break even
shasta7: BWM... Here is what I like ... Silver, Platinum, Gold, Real Estate & other Foreign Currencies... as for Silver I suggest Foreign silver first then Junk silver next (coins before 1965) Platinum & Gold ... I suggest Foreign Coins as first choice... (stay away from BIG Bars on ALL the metals)
dietcokeandice: shasta7 why are you thinking about metals
shasta7: dietcokeandice ... because I believe in them & think they are under priced...
txgirl: BWM what type of businesses
BWM: txgirl I'm looking to improve my town... and provide more entertaining things for teens to keep them from driving to other counties (we are a dry county) getting alcohol and wrecking on the way home... it's become a serious problem for the 16-21 crowd here
dietcokeandice: shasta7 is that market alot like currencies
shasta7: dietcokeandice ... one day in the NOT to distant future... people will look back on the prices of today & wish they had that price in the future...
shasta7: I think we all should try to help keep some of our blessing (money) in our local areas... that is what the problem is that got us into this mess allowing our Gov't & politicians send money & jobs our of the country!! (example how obama allowed the military plane contract to go to Brazil)
shasta7: I strongly believe that we need to first take care of ourselves & families, then relatives & friends, then our local markets... which will help keep money & help our communities.... Imho
dietcokeandice: shasta7 all that is true but----we need to remember that Social Security is NOT going to be there for us soooo i am looking for something that will continue to provide income with min from me so that i can spend as much time with my grandkids as possible
BWM: dietcokeandice been mostly quiet today... which is not unusual for a saturday... but I've been busy today with a number of other things not dinar related so I'm just cooling down from the day I guess... not down at all
BWM: I don't know what some of your plans are but I know that I have an "amount" of USD that I want in the bank before I even start looking at other opportunities and investments... my thought process is while I would like to diversify and invest further, I WILL make sure that we have what we need to go forward regardless...
Rider007: BWM IMHO if we have VND or IQD, we have the world by the tail. I think of those who have none and have no clue of what is about to happen. We are all too blessed to be stressed
BWM: Rider007 holding physical currency is the key... do you have enough at YOUR calculated rate to survive and/or do the things you want... counting on reserves to rescue you is a dangerous game and I know some are playing that game as their main piece of the puzzle... not a good idea
BWM: my easiest calculation is this... take the amount of dinar you have, multiply by a low, medium and high rate... divided those numbers by what you feel you need a month, then divide that number by 12... that will give you an estimate of how many years you could make it on that monthly budget amount without interest or tax implications
BWM: determine from those numbers what investment potential you have based on what the rate will come out at (when it does) and you can plan and pursue what options you believe you will have based on the amount of money you need monthly
SherryAcorn: BWM , I hear alot of chatter about putting my USD into other currencies, due to the possiblility of the Fed.R and dollar going under, any thoughts?
BWM: SherryAcorn my thought is twofold... first international banking (multi currency accounts within the US are somewhat limited at the moment but hopefully will change and allow a look there) where I can move money between international branches and change currency easily. Second, I will hold physical currency for certain amounts in a number of currencies in what I believe is the unlikely event of a collapse... this does two things for me also, it allows me to hold physical currency for investment and allows me to make deposits into accounts under specific guidelines as international currency
SherryAcorn: BWM , Ok thank you, now what other international currency do you think is safe ? I would also like to hold some physically
BWM: SherryAcorn that is a very opinionated question... personally, I would hold chinese, gbp, canadian (altho I really am interested in what affect a crashing USD would have on the canadian economy) and possibly german and swiss (if they get out of the euro)
