Footforward   I'm looking for a rate that is a multiple of  7 and my target date is September 18th.  They've been in a general stall but things are starting to happen.  There are articles coming out saying that Maliki is coming to the U. S. possibly to talk about removing them from chapter 7, but that can't happen, removal of chapter 7, until the RV, maybe they will remove them from part of Chapter 7.  A lot of people think that Iraq is in control, they are not, they are still under sanctions.  They haven't been in control for a long time.  The info about waiting for Talabani is false,  it doesn't make any sense.  They wouldn't hold everything up for Talabani, they would just have him replaced with someone that could do the job.  After the RV there will be a power struggle in Iraq, but it's not going to cause chaos.  The dinar is not going to crash, you don't have to worry about that
