Central Bank and GOI were not going to release it for float or on the forex. Now looks like a big agreement.These mid eastern countries all have agree to release there currency on a float and let the public decide the rate.this is a alternate to the RV thing.

I can't say for sure when they might release this but it would be a great time to do before the Conference in London. It could go to a free float. 18-19 before the meeting.
