9-6-2012 Tony (PTR): They still haven't changed it from this month so I still got to go with this month. The bank thinks it is going to be today. So do some people at the For ex. People in Washington think it is going to be. They all thought since Monday that it was going to be Thursday.
Over in Iraq the banks were closed on Monday. Tuesday they opened the banks but they wouldn't let anybody take any money out of the bank. Yesterday (Wednesday) they were letting people take money out of the bank but they were telling them they shouldn't. Something is going to happen.
You shouldn't take your money out but they let them take it out if they wanted to. All those are signs that we have to look at. Something else happened at the banks today which was unusual once again but is good and it tells me that it is closer rather than farther away.
