Press play then pause the playback of the recording by pressing play again shortly after the audio begins. Wait until you see the audio finish loading, you will notice the dark grey audio bar begin to fill with a lighter grey color as it does this, then, resume playback at which point you shouldn't run into any trouble provided the audio has finished loading.

Correct me if I'm wrong but, even if Kuwait signs off on Chapter 7 for Iraq, doesn't a 3 letter government entity need to do the official release? I mention this because if true, the mid December date for the Kuwait sign off doesn't necessarily mean an instant release. Heck, they could wait another (?) months before the government decides to release Iraq from chapter 7. So if the RV is to happen "prior" to the release, the mid December date isn't so relative anymore. Thanks!
