Minister of Finance emphasizes the need to apply the system of custom developed in Iraq

Discussed in the opinion of the Ministry of Finance said in a meeting chaired by the Minister Rafie al-Issawi a range of issues, including system Alkmarki and e-government.

A statement from the ministry that the commission discussed the application of the mechanics of e-Government in the Ministry and to serve the Iraqi people and to facilitate the procedures for transactions in the ministry.

In this regard, the statement said the opinion discussed the possibility of signing a memorandum of understanding between the Customs Authority and the Iraqi counterpart, the UAE after a study of the system Alkmarki force in the United Arab Emirates and view the matter to the Government for the purpose of expressing an opinion on the ultimate issue
