How To Stay Healthy While Waiting for the RV!
Waiting for this RV to manifest is not easy on us, or our bodies! Stress, fear, anger, and anxiety are common emotions we are experiencing while waiting for this RV to happen. Lack of money is another. You combine all of these, along with not giving your body the nutrients it needs to stay strong, and you can have health issues to top it all off.
We’ve seen several of our fellow Dinarians suffer with health issues along this long journey of WAITING!
Many are not eating balanced diets, are not getting enough sleep, and are stressed out emotionally.
Unhealthy eating, lack of exercise combined with strong emotions such as stress and fear, add anger and anxiety, cause a condition in our bodies that invites sickness and disease.
You can see that this is happening to some of our members. The stress and strain of the dinar journey is getting to us! During this time it’s vital to give our bodies the NUTRIENTS it needs to keep up its strength.

Here are a few things that will help us get through this tremendously difficult time.
Drink plenty of water – a good goal is to drink ½ ounce of water for every pound of body weight. If you weigh 160 pounds, that would be 80 ounces, which would be 10 cups of water per day. A good water for cleansing your body would be distilled water.
Get up and move – move away from the computer and walk around, stretch, take the dog for a walk.
Think positive thoughts – get away from bashing on chat rooms and instead think positive, faith filled thoughts. Read Scripture, pray, think on whatever is pure, wholesome and good. Give problems back to the Lord, Who promised He will never leave us or forsake us.
Eat more vegetables - try to work more vegetables into your diet. Instead of reaching for the typical acid causing comfort foods like chips, ice cream, sodas, try to get some vegetables into your system. Chop up some carrots, celery, green peppers, green beans, or whatever type of vegetable you like, and eat some of those instead.
And to fill the gap! Take alkalizing supplements to rebuild your health and help offset an unhealthy lifestyle. Mineral supplements such as MinCol, alfalfa, chlorophyll, green drinks will give your body the minerals it needs to repair and replace worn out cells. Drinking lemonade instead of soft drinks will give you alkaline drink instead of acid drink. Bicarbonate of Soda will help with heartburn and sour stomach and restore an alkaline environment to your body.
