_[Arizonaheat] Dear 3S Room. I worked the graveyard shift last night and something weighed heavy on me as the night went on.
This investment we are all in has taken many turns. Some good and some bad. But one thing stands strong is that we are in this as a team. Every single individual has something to offer.
You make be a computer genius, or a typist to take notes. You could be on the other end of a phone call with three or four people writing down everything so that it may be looked upon later for clarification. You may be a military solder with people around the world you can call upon.
Some people have that personality that draws others near and receive information. The list goes on, but one thing for sure is. NO one is any better than the other. You may be in the lime light out front or back in the shadows.

_One thing we know is that each and every person is dedicated to see this through. Each and every day we receive information good or bad, conflicting or not and share it with you.
What pains me is not only do people here on this site complain or take things personal. But other leaders from various sites will do the same to everyone else.
Why? Do they feel they are better in some way? If their information isn’t what is stated here, are they right? And if so, what is the point in trying to demeaning other individual with the same hopes and dreams they have.
My information at times has not gone along with individuals on this site and others. But the one thing I don’t do and won’t do is heckle them with statements of ridicule and snide remarks.
We are all adults here trying to reach the same goal and the same dream. So I challenge ALL Intel providers to unite and come together to go over every single piece of information each one has that can be shared in a secure way.
Why you ask? Think about all the information out there that may be connected in some way bet never had the complete scenario to make sense.
Look what happen when all of our agencies started sharing information
[Arizonaheat] Look what happen when all of our agencies started sharing information regards to terrorism. They started to put things together because each one had a piece the other didn’t. And they didn’t know, because they didn’t talk to each other.
How hard would it be to set aside your differences and come together to see this thing through?
Does each and every Intel provider man or woman have enough strength to do that?
Let me know. I think it would be a glorious day.
