Reliable source reveals the 3 options in the community to bring down Maliki Najaf
Sources close to the community meeting Erbil and Najaf told news Shatt al-Arab that there are three options taught by five forces to withdraw confidence from the Maliki and are:
1 – more than half of the resignation of the Council of Ministers in order to drop its legitimacy and thus bring down the government.
2 – Provide a request by the President of the Republic of Barlman to withdraw confidence from the Prime Minister to resign, and is as well.
3 – large parliamentary rally is around 200 seats or more to withdraw confidence from the Maliki note that the constitutionally required number is 163.

And confirmed that these sources that the first two options are the closest to verify where Thakgahma be easier and the most suitable for the five-strong meeting in Erbil and Najaf.
I have said numerous times – I am always a little hesitant with “reliable or annonymous” sources. Pro or Con. However, this is a very interesting take on things. I have been saying for some time now – the math I have is 185 – 220 votes (depending on who jumps – last minute). This seems to bear my thinking out.
Political circles: Talabani to resign pave the wave for the withdrawal of confidence from the Maliki
BAGHDAD – “squares of liberation” Suggested the possibility of using political circles of President Jalal Talabani, his constitutional powers to withdraw confidence from the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, describing his move to resign the presidency of the province as expressing the position of a unified Kurdish towards the current political crisis, and ways to address them in accordance with the options at hand.
He said Advisor to the President Federal Government for the Kurdistan region article from office just Berwari that “provide the letter of resignation is true and declared the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani, was in response to those who claim the accession dispute with Barzani on the withdrawal of confidence from the al-Maliki, and an expression of the position of Kurds united,” saying the move to President “give an indication of the possibility of applying to the Council of Representatives to withdraw confidence from the al-Maliki.”
I have talked some about the potential for Jalal Talibani resigning – I think they have just “called” Maliki’s bluff with this one. On the other hand, there could be more to it – Talibani has been trying to get out of politics for a year (health concerns) and this may be a way for him to solve everyone’s problem on the way out? Further – it could leave more power in Najafi’s hands (which is lots worse for the SLC – exactly why they are terrified of Talibani resigning).
Possibility of a large split within the party after a call for substantial differences between Maliki and Ali al-Adeeb
Sources close to the leadership of the Dawa Party, the ruling of the Shatt al-Arab News Agency that there are major differences have emerged in recent times between the writer and Minister of Higher Education, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
And these sources have indicated that these differences led to the violent polarization within the Dawa Party offices in various provinces, which led negatively on the psyche of the party cadre and affected the party’s standing within the Iraqi society where the two parties become weakened at the expense of strengthening the other.
And these sources have confirmed that the personal relationship between the two are bad and that the writer did not meet with Maliki, but as part of cabinet meetings and he was considering Astkhalaffh of the owners, it is believed that al-Maliki missed many opportunities and Iraq was the party desperately needed.
This article just echos exactly what I have been saying for some time about the “inner dynamics” of the Dawa Party – the main character (opposite Maliki) is actually one of the other names “floated” as a replacement to Maliki…which may well happen.
Manal al-Musawi MP officially announced its withdrawal from the coalition of state law
MP Hamid said Manal al-Musawi officially withdrew from the coalition of state law and confirmed that it will work as deputy independent in the Iraqi parliament
Musawi said in a statement summarized told N. Aansahabi news reporting I announced officially the State of Law Coalition led by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and I will work within the parliament as a deputy independent ”
This did not give MP Manal al-Musawi, which ran for the province of Karbala reasons that pushed it to make a withdrawal from the coalition of state law. ”
This woman MP is another of the many recent SLC defectors – they are (best case) looking to put some distance between themselves and the coming “SLC apocolypse”
Maliki has formally endorsed the eight items of Talabani and prepared by the constitutional basis for dialogue
Twilight News / Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on Friday, expressed support for the eight items put forward by President Jalal Talabani to resolve the current political crisis experienced by the country, returned it with a constitutional basis for dialogue.
According to a statement issued by the Presidency of the Republic received the “Twilight News” a copy of it that President Talabani met with al-Maliki in his office in Baghdad, was “extensively discussed in the current political affairs and ways to address the problems that lie Alastasaouat.”
Talabani said that “constructive dialogue is the only way the sponsor to reach a viable solution to the problems,” calling at the same time to create the atmosphere for the dialogue away from the speech and convulsive mutual accusations and seek to find commonalities.
Now Maliki wants a deal!! When he’s only a “long weekend” away from a “nuclear melt-down”. Truthfully, I think this is a very crafty piece done by Maliki’s crew. The picture (siding Talibani w/Maliki and appearing to diss Allawi), Maliki’s appearing to coming to the table (which he’s not), etc, etc. However, I doubt anyone, not even Talibani believes a word Maliki says….he will delay, delay, delay, delay.
Maliki renewed his call for the meeting and its adherence to the national unity coalition
The renewed call for a national meeting at a meeting of the components of a coalition of state law contract until late last night led by al-Maliki.
It is scheduled to discuss the National Alliance on Saturday out a unified position paper demand Najaf calling for the nomination of a replacement for al-Maliki for prime minister.
The leader of the coalition Saad logistical told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that ”the meeting of the alliance, which lasted for an hour late last night focused on four main points is to call for the continuation of dialogues side and the call to commit to holding the meeting the national director of the current political crisis.”
This title is very deceptive – the real reason for this meeting was the NA and SLC leadership “imploring” Maliki one last time to step down. They all got him in a room and were headed towards an intervention. He wouldn’t do it – like I’ve said all along.
Sadr calls on Maliki to visit him before putting the finishing touches to a social Erbil, Najaf
He said Moqtada al-Sadr in response to a question from one of his followers on not to invite a coalition of state law to recent meetings, while asking at the same time the replacement of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, ”I call on Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and those with him to resolve our guests with dignity in Najaf before putting the finishing touches to a social Erbil, Najaf, “expressing his welcome to” all the brothers in the National Alliance. “…..
…..A source close to the Speaker of Parliament Osama Najafi (on 22 of May) that the meeting of the leaders of the Iraqi List and the Kurdistan Alliance (May 19) at the home of al-Sadr in Najaf gave the National Alliance, one week to provide an alternative to Maliki as of May 20, meanwhile, announced the leader of the Iraqi List Hamid al-Mutlaq that the actions of no-confidence will start immediately after the deadline.
This article was most interesting – it’s basically Sadr having to dot his “i”‘s and cross his “t”‘s – he did this in response to some of his own folks whining about not giving Maliki much of a chance at reconciling.
I didn’t put the whole article in here – but the last paragraph carries the real tone of the situation…tic toc – tic toc.
Shaalan: a secret ballot will take place between the political blocs to see the votes wishing to withdraw confidence from the Maliki
MP / coalition in Iraq / Shaalan Abdul-Jabbar, that the subject of withdrawal of confidence from the Maliki flexibility if implemented the terms of the Erbil, stressing that the political blocs will be a secret vote among them to see how many votes wishing to withdraw confidence from the al-Maliki.
Abdul-Jabbar: The problems cropped up because of failure to implement the terms of the Erbil by a person who the Prime Minister, pointing out that Maliki can solve the current crisis and avoid the possibility of withdrawal of of withdrawal of confidence with him through the implementation of terms of the agreement.
This is also an interesting article. It was put out by Maliki’s own goons. They are trying to make it out as though there is some doubt as to what will happen – these guys are in “full damage control” mode. RED ALERT!!!
Here are some interesting headlines…
Deputy for the law: the survival of Maliki as prime minister or determine his mandate is debatable
This one was amazing – late last nite this article said exactly what the article title implies….today when I went there – completely different article. In fact, it was more a Pro-Maliki spin today. Last nite’s version was an SLC MP doubting Maliki could even survive.
Omar Jubouri: You should postpone the withdrawal of confidence from the government .. Political blocs and seek “to Vdrlh Iraq”
Of course they should – till about 2017 if you guys had your way about it!! (Maliki spin meister).
Badr: the withdrawal of confidence from the Maliki Segerna to the caretaker government is the worst of the Iraqi people
Another Maliki operative (Sistani disciple – National Alliance) “barking” about how bad this will be for Iraq. I liked Sadr saying “don’t be afraid” of a “no confidence’ vote – the other day. He was way ahead of this bozo!!
State law: we have to reject parliamentary assurances digital to remove al-Maliki, and we expect the withdrawal of government ministers
Now the SLC is threatening to take more GOI spots from the opposition – GO AHEAD!! Do more of what got you in trouble to fix the trouble. DUHHHH!!
Adviser to Maliki expresses the meeting Najaf rebellion against the state and threaten the leader of Sadr al-Khoei file
Why can’t these oppressed people just stay oppressed and quit risin’ up rebellions against “the Maliki”?? Don’t they know how a democracy is supposed to work in the Middle East??
*** Rumor Comments *** – May 25th
Rumor – maybe poppy3 and basejmpr99 are the same person.
Poppy is definately NOT “basejmpr99″ – in fact, he’s pretty adamant about just being himself (so many Guru’s out there using numerous “names”)!!
Rumor – THE VND WILL COME OUT SOON WITH OR WITHOUT THE IQD.
Holy cats!! This guy got one partially right (purely by accident). He was trying to “piggyback” on some info not even his and fell into a mostly true statement. Finally. The VND is about the VND and the IQD is about the IQD…the soon part – I can’t say.
Rumor – TARIFFS TAKE EFFECT JULY 1ST.
The dates aren’t right here – but it still doesn’t matter. The tariffs won’t trigger an RV – just make life lots more difficult without one.
Rumor – INTERNATIONAL WIRES WERE STOPPED. I WILL VERIFY IF THEY ARE STILL STOPPED.
Either they were or they weren’t – which is it?? NOT!!
Rumor – IF I GAVE OUT DATE AND RATE IT WOULD STOP IT.
Titantic amounts of arrogance – they don’t give a tiny “whisper of a fart” what we think or say!! Debunked!!
Rumor – my intel from hong chong ,,says china an vnd will go before wedsday this coming week ,,,,
Hmmmm….that’s a pretty strong prediction. We’ll see…(waiting to debunk).
Rumor - i spoke tp the IMF ,,, WB,,, AN HSBC ,,, LAST NITE ,, it is very true china vnd ,,, india ,,, ect. a total of 13 coun tries got aprovle to rv with wait on iraq ,,, they can be pulled from the basket ,,, does this mean they will ,,,,
So much like the 3-way calls with Shabibi and Legarde and 30 contacts in the CBI (I also have a “true CBI contact” - I’m not even sure that many people who work in the Baghdad branch??)- they can just pick up the phone and call these guys?? Really?? Whew!! These countries aren’t all waiting on Iraq – nor do they care. These guys think like Anchovies. We need to look at this in context. The world is going about it’s business. We should too.
P.S. I am also very familiar with a couple of legit IMF sources – they don’t go into near this much detail….not even close.
Rumor – i still belive all theses events where thought of by shabbie before before he handed of the code book to the bis ,,a month ago ,,,
Dr Shabibi has not “handed over” the code book to the BIS yet – nor would anyone we know have access to this info had he. Unlike this dufuss I really do have contacts that can verify or confirm such info. NOT ONE OF THEM is as forthcoming as this guy wants you to believe. They are usually pretty tight lipped.
If you find a crazy rumor or have a question about something you’ve heard – bring it to one of the Mods over at www.dinarupdates.com and we’ll use it here. Thanks!!
