Joe Shmoe: It's October 20th... do you know where the RV is?
Iko Ward: I'm seeing gold in play this morning. This would make sense if people were quietly leaving the markets. Europe was down last night as well. Interesting, isn't it? Forex is now under 1100 everyday.
Tbirdd : IKO----and they Are quietly leaving the markets, correct?..
Iko Ward : Tbirdd, they are. me too
Tbirdd : iko ---so do you give credence to the crash expected by some folks for this week? .. security already set up, etc..
Iko Ward : Tbirdd...It's going to happen, just like the RV. The whole thing's going to rise up like a tidal wave and catch all the tourists by surprise. Notice how all the" yachts" have already left the harbor.
NewCreation: The challenge with Dinarland is that it is filled with 1st time novice' investers', many have squandered away a few dollars to be a part of this blessing. They anticipate immediate results and when it doesnt play out that way and bils are due, we get the panic and outbursts. Praying everyone hangs in to the finish line knowing no information provider has the button, just the willingness to keep us all informed.
Dr. Rich: Folks - the bottom line is this; Maliki has been in charge since 2003. They did it his way, or they died!! Dr. Shabibi Governor of the CENTRAL BANK OF IRAQ, said "I WILL NOT ADD VALUE TO MY CURRENCTY AS LONG AS MALIKI IS IN POWER." tHAT IS he answer. Tony and everyone else had to stay put, because Maliki would agree to RV and make the announcement, but never did. There in was the problem, but in 2014 that stopped, but after 11 years!!
OK Rocks: Today is a pivotal day but you wont know it or see it... however the markets can be a clue as to whether if it goes well for the world... no crash is good for all... a crash will cause much suffering but we currency holders are still good... I believe in the win win and a great day
DanBlessed: Its the Scotty principal from Star Trek...say its going to be far away...and when it happens sooner....you've just elated everyone…… i was referring to MG & Franks prediction
Dr. Rich: Folks - some of us know better, because it is costing Iraq $5 billion USD each month to pay most of the bills, and the CBI only has reserves for about another 6 months. The only way to stop that is to revalue the dinar, they know that, so does some of the world. They have to do it now!!
Dr. Rich: guys - think about it; Iraq is old, tribal, never a real modern government structure! Consider USA, after all of our years and still have problems within parties. Too many want power, and not willing to stop party lines and do it the American way 1 for all! Iraq is the same way, but hundreds of times worse than here!!!
Chaliceman: IRaq always waits until the last minute to do anything, so it seems likely they will run the CBI reserves down to the nub before dropping the zeroes
New Creation: Dr. Rich, they play with invisible money, they have been broke, and they have been ready, they are not the hold up...IMO Politics are a world to themselves...you hear what they choose to tell you, know what i mean?
Tight Wad: I don't know how they could keep the hedge funds and last minute currency vultures (the really big boys) out of the mix and throw up a date to the world between 20-25. doesn't make sense to me. these currency RV's have to come as a surprise I would think - and has been the history of RV's. Ask China and Switzerland just in the last year
G8way2k: If there is a legitimate trigger that we the people will know about, I'm pretty convinced that we'll only know after the fact.
JSL: am concerned that the IMF has drug it's feet so long now with what is escalating in the middle east with the coalitions being formed, including Iraq now known to be getting involved on a deeper level with the new formations happening as we speak. So if they want to continue to have influence in the New world arising, then why are they dragging their feet. Just seems they are becoming their own worse enemies
RVAlready: I think that is because the IMF answers to politicians. I think, on their own, they would have fixed this at least 9 months ago.
JSL: @rvalready They are going to be through Brics, the IMF USA dollar is no longer going to be the currency used for buying Oil .etc, etc, I should say the only curreny. Thus the reason Tony says we will take a hit, for real
RVAleady: We are taking a hit anyway. The US is functionally bankrupt. Almost nobody wants our currency or federal debt instruments. … Part of the reason for the GCR is to save the US, not just the other countries. We need to rebalance the world….. Believe me, I didn't need to read those book to know about the Fed and the other players. Andrew Jackson and Jefferson told us what would happen if we let the banks control the currency. And, boy, were they right.
RVAlready: If Iraq wants large scale international investment, they must RV the currency and make it tradeable.
OK Rocks: things went well today so we didnt have to crash the market... all is good

Chinese yuan on track to be included in IMF basket: HSBC

LONDON: China's yuan "ticks all the right boxes" for inclusion in the International Monetary Fund's SDR list of global reserve currencies, the biggest international bank in China, HSBC, said in a report on Tuesday.
The report by the bank's chief strategist Paul Mackel comes ahead of discussions within the Fund next month on whether to include the yuan, or renminbi, in the basket behind the Special Drawing Rights, a virtual currency that values IMF reserves and emergency payouts to members.
Britain and other members of the Group of 20 leading economies are jostling for position as financial partners for China and have made positive noises about the inclusion of the yuan, which bankers say would be a turning point for trading of the currency.
Japan has been more cautious, but U.S. Treasury Secretary Jack Lew, who sounded sceptical earlier this year, last month voiced an openness to "a positive review", as long as China carried out promised reforms.
Beijing has made steady progress on moves to widen the yuan's use internationally. Sources told Reuters earlier this week that Beijing would soon extend trading of the yuan in China to overlap with European trading hours, encouraging more use of the yuan and supporting its case with the IMF.
"Some of the recent reforms are well-timed to support the RMB's bid for inclusion in the IMF's Special Drawing Right (SDR) basket," Mackel said.
"Others set the stage for the RMB to play a more important global role over the longer term. (...) The RMB is ticking all the right boxes to be included in the IMF's Special Drawing Right."
After China's roughly 3 percent devaluation of the yuan in early August sent a shockwave through global financial markets, however, he cautioned on the outlook for the currency's value in the near term. There might be a small boost for the yuan from inclusion in the SDR basket, but a decision not to might more clearly weaken the currency.
"Confidence in the RMB and, hence, voluntary reserve diversification flows into China could rise with the endorsement of SDR inclusion," Mackel said. "But this process has already been taking place. RMB inclusion is likely to be neutral to positive, but the converse is very likely to be negative." Link

JDTolle: Stress Relief Techniques
Stress Kills. It can come on quickly or slowly, but it is a killer none the less. Stress creates a fire inside the body of inflammation and poisons the mind with worry.
Knowing more about how stress works will give you power over its grip. It will also help you to identify where stress is attacking you. Then you can use specific stress relief techniques to help heal your body and mind.
All the stress in the world can be boiled down to 3 forms.
1. Physical Stress
2. Mental Stress
3. Chemical Stress
Physical stress is when the body is impacted by some trauma. This trauma can be a large one time hit or a repetitive type that will build up over time. Think of a car accident versus Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. They will both put you in the hospital just one much faster than the other!
To reduce physical stress on the body it needs to be made stronger and more flexible. In the event of any trauma the physical body will fare better the better shape it is in. So it becomes very important to have a regular exercise and stretching program in place. This exercise program is one of my favorites for a good home workout that incorporates strength and flexibility. WORKOUT LINK
Mental Stress is the one everyone thinks about when the “S” word is mentioned. Mental stress is when the mind is focused on a perceived fear or event that may or may not actually come to fruition. Or in other terms…WORRY! Mental stress causes alteration of normal brain function, hormone production, and metabolism. Over time it leads to increased inflammation and can then seriously impact the physical body. With increased mental stress comes increased blood pressure, altered hormone function and reduced mental clarity.
There are many stress relief techniques to reduce your levels of mental stress. One of the best is to practice deep breathing on a regular basis. When you focus on the breath it tends to take your focus off of what is causing you stress. I like to instruct my patients on this basic deep breathing exercise when they get started. I have them picture themselves at the ocean. Then as they watch the waves roll in, they inhale. When the wave rolls out, they exhale. It is important with this exercise to get a real mental picture of the ocean before you begin. Think of the sounds, smells, and feelings you get while at the ocean.
I like for patients to do this exercise as much as they have time for throughout the day, but at least 3 minutes in the morning upon arising and 3 minutes before bed. It can be completed seated or lying down. Once they have done it for a while, they report that when they begin to feel stress that just thinking of the ocean will bring stress levels down. This is the exact result of having completed the exercise enough times while conditions were relaxed.
Chemical stress is a sneaky little bugger. Our environment is polluted with over 12,000 chemicals that are allowed in the air we breathe, the water we drink, water and the food we eat. Earth is now a dangerous place just to exist. We have no choice in having some of these chemicals enter our bodies but there are some things we can do in making our bodies less of a toxic environment.
Many people eat “comfort foods” that are toxic and do nothing but cause more stress in the body! Talk about poor stress relief techniques! They do cause an endorphin or “happy hormone” release in the body but that high is short lived and the body suffers from having to deal with the sugar and toxic chemicals often associated with “comfort foods.” So one way to control the toxic load inside your body is to eat food that is un-processed and drink clean water. You can also filter the water and air in your house.
One thing to remember, if you are going to filter your water I recommend a whole house filter or at least filter your drinking water and the water in your shower. The skin is your largest organ and will absorb impurities in the water. Hot water also forms water vapor that is breathed in through the lungs.
All three types of stress interplay with each other. For instance, if you were in a car accident and needed time to recover before returning to work, you might have bills piling up and this would increase mental stress. Or you could have increased chemical stress in the way of bad food and it could cause cholesterol to rise and increase your risk of heart attack or stroke (physical stress).
The good news is that it works both ways. If you improve your level of chemical stress in the body by taking in healthy food then you will reduce cholesterol and other risk factors for heart attack and stroke. This would also relieve the mental stress associated with knowing these risk factors are reduced.
The worst thing you can do to fight off the effects of stress is to do nothing. Incorporating stress relief techniques for one or all types of stress with specific stress relief techniques will make a positive impact on your health.
Wishing All a safe and blessed day and a day free of stress JDT
