[Shredd] This is talking about dividends on amounts on deposit and making the interest rate attractive enough to encourage saving money in their accounts.
The banks and the investment funds themselves will benefit from this so it's good to see this, especially as the project to remove the zeros is starting.

[Shredd] This is a good synopsis of the future growth in the banking and investment sector that Iraq has to look forward to.
Much progress has taken place but things like public finance, competitive return on investment and protections of both cash accounts and investment vehicles will bring "investment" into iraq. This translates to lending to borrowers who take those funds to start/expand business.
These are the economic pillars on which Iraq must and will stand. These also take time.
