An invitation to re-work the cash Balmeskukat
[tlm724] called to issue coins metal equivalent monetary value, due to lack of implementation of the project to delete the zeros from the currency
[tlm724] so they couldn't issue coins because of the lack of value, too low to even consider minting
because they didn't go forward with deleting the zero's just yet
[tlm724] explained that the continuation of dealing currency paper presented to the damage quickly while coins last for many years without damage,
[raindrop1] makes sense
[tlm724] you tell them Saleh !
[tlm724] coins have the longevity Iraq seeks indicating the importance of a return to work in Iraq for these reasons.
[tlm724] noted that banks need to be preparations to accept the deal out and create reservoirs to its own side of the scales for the weighing and packaging It is then re-injected to the public
[tlm724] put in place the necessary machines to make it happen
[tlm724] stressing the need to create infrastructure before releasing coins to the public
[tlm724] Iraq has one of the most payment systems, electronic advanced in the world
[tlm724] I like what Saleh is saying here, he is giving us a little look into the very near future of Iraq, in order to make a more efficient currency for daily use they must introduce coins and the only way that is feasible is to delete the zero's so the value is worthy of minting !
[tlm724] can I get a *hallelujah* on the coins !
[BondLady] yes *hallelujah*
[BondLady] Iraqis don't have pockets and they really don't like coins but could get used to it if the coins had value it would be alright
[BondLady] also many who have been with me for a long time knew I always said they had to have more infrastructure and laws passed so the dinar would grow as the economy grew and the wealth had to be protected at all cost and they only had one shot to do it, if they RV'd without those things there would be such a rush on the dinar that it would collapse
[BondLady] the laws and infrastructure protects it from crashing and didn't stop the jokers from bashing me for saying that...they believed it could RV and would without anything being done to protect Iraq but here we are 10 years later knowing full well these things have to be
[BondLady] smart people in the economic field over there and we're helping them too as well as the IMF, World Bank, UN and many others. Iraqi is a slow country who really don't have a concept of time like we do with our rushed daily lives
[BondLady] they don't believe in moving fast and they do see the need now because of the terrorist stuff and they are trying for the most part. If the trouble makers would stop throwing out so many demands and put the country first it would be different
[BondLady] bottom line is it's a good article for sure and their wanting to release the ld's and coins but wouldn't do a bit of good without adding value
[tlm724] exactly !
[BondLady] granted with the new GOI there's a great chance the laws will happen we need to see and they have come a long way already with infrastructure. They have electric water etc roads and bridges, they just need to pass the laws now basically and keep moving forward with the laws and infrastructure projects and their good to go imo and settle the security issues
To regulate commerce
[tlm724] import license has contributed a lot in regulating the activity of the private commercial sector so as to contribute to the growth of the national economy
[tlm724] stressing that it led to identifying trend to import goods and commodities necessary for the country of origins of good and relevant specifications
[tlm724] providing protection to the consumer as a result of the strict conditions that require the subject all imported materials for tests approved by the examiner
[tlm724] oh they are so close to fully implementing tariffs ! getting ready Wink
Speaker looking Activation Code provincial councils
[tlm724] their about to give the power to the provinces *hallelujah*
[BondLady] I agree
[Shredd] that will be huge
[tlm724] you bet it will be shredd !
[BondLady] and part of Erbil agreements too
[BondLady] HCL will go right in there too and imo be first or it should go first otherwise they couldn't do the province powers without it imo
[BondLady] HCL is about distribution of wealth
[tlm724] I agree BondLady one must go before the other
[BondLady] wouldn't work if they gave the provinces that power before the HCL was passed, they need to settle that been on the back burner far to long
[tlm724] I think we MAY just see the HCL in conjunction with the power to the provinces
[Shredd] makes sense
[BondLady] and I think it will have to be done as a deal breaker for many things within the Erbril agreements and for any of that to work they must all be approached about the same time including art 140, all imo of course
[BondLady] it will help protect Iraqis wealth
[BondLady] and most of us know their wealth has to be protected through laws and infrastructure for their economy to be a success and grow and the same applies to the growth of the dinar
[Shredd] but so much progress in spite of the violence
[lightingcslt] Shredd yes much more progress
[BondLady] sure is shredd they keep on growing despite it all
[Shredd] and the political progress is the most impressive
[Shredd] got to see the CoM then good to go to get to work
[BondLady] and the gov needs to support and uphold the economy and the CBI decisions, they have to all be a team effort for a change!
[BondLady] all it takes is for one block to throw out their demands then its like a domino effect they all do it, kurds and Allawis blocks do it the most. And Allawis block now saying they want guarantees for all their demands to move the new gov forward
[BondLady] instead of looking at it like we need to do what we must to save Iraq and its people from all this terror instead lets be stupid and be jealous and greedy
[BondLady] kurds are now a lil different they as well as all of Iraq need to see the HCL, and power to provinces and art 140 completely done
[BondLady] that moves all of Iraqi forward and also give the people a better life as they would benefit then from oil profits at some point ~~~
