[BondLady] lots of gurus yesterday jumped the gun on a couple of articles, they took it to mean the fed gov was stepping in and on parliament to implement broken laws etc and by-passing parliament, so not true they mis-read what we read every day here and study at blc
[BondLady] see the thing was is this, kurds before swearing in today went to the fed gov and wanted assurances they were gonna get their whey if they joined the Abadi gov today
[BondLady] they wanted fed rulings on some of the laws in question as well as other Erbril points the feds said we can't do that yet as it hasn't went thru the (basically) the chain of command yet
[BondLady] 1st the speaker of the house has to present these things to parl for votes then after they have tried and tried to find common ground and pass these things and if they couldn't come to agreements on the term then and only then could the fed gov be called in and not before that time to render a final FINAL decision
[BondLady] fed gov says until this is done our hands are tied
[BondLady] they also gave Abadi 24 hrs from yesterday to bring forth the remaining ministers for the vote to complete the new Abadi government
[BondLady] as we see going through the news this morning that's exactly whats happened
[BondLady] the ministers was brought in and put to the 1st vote to seat them
[BondLady] and then the huge laws will be put forward for their votes following the seating of the government
[BondLady] as always BLC breaks the news first we posted it just as it came out from parliament
[BondLady] anywhos just wanted to say what I did because so many gurus got it wrong yesterday and we wanted to show y'all the reality of the articles we study every day here at BLC
[BondLady] we try very hard to not release our opinions til we're 99% sure we are right
[BondLady] instead of jumping the gun trying to get something in 1st we would rather be right and post our opinions after -- AFTER we have gotten all the facts 1st
[BondLady] ty timmy
[tlm724] BondLady thank you for the clarification !
Proposed .. set up a fund to support financial state companies losers
[BondLady] see part of the Erbril agreements was more power to the provinces that wasn't just per decisions on contracts it was also the gov letting go of holding so many things to the state
[BondLady] like the factories that have all but shut down for lack of funding and infrastructure, many lost jobs
[BondLady] giving the private sector the reins to promote these businesses and the world to come in and do NEW business
[BondLady] this has a lot to do with the power to the provinces
[BondLady] it wasn't easy for the gov to relinquish these holds on state owned business's but their doing it and it'll bring in huge jobs in all fields and it'll make Iraq boom in all kinds of things, importing and exporting
[BondLady] huge move for the gov to do this
[BondLady] market economy and passing the infrastructure law which will also allow paying on credit
[BondLady] they were huge things the last term wouldn't let happen because they refused to bring any thing good for Iraq or its people in to be voted on because it would be a feather in Maliki's hat of accomplishments
[BondLady] now with the new Abadi gov all things that weren't done before are all happening now and will soon see the biggest boom of all things taking place in Iraq and steering away from just oil but many many things their country is rich in
[BondLady] very good stuff in breaking news today Wink
