[BondLady] 65% ?
[BondLady] where he noted that the issue of compensation was and still is a heavy burden on our people in Iraq who is suffering from the results of the war was not responsible, and that Iraq has asked on several occasions to reduce the burden on our country by looking at the possibility of stopping rate cuts amounting to 5% of the oil revenues or reduced as stated in paragraph 21 of Security Council Resolution 1483 (2003) and leaving the subject of bilateral negotiations between Iraq and Kuwait, adding that Iraq has to pay the section Most of those damages imposed on our people, amounting to U.S. $ 52 billion. [BondLady] so they still owe 35%
[BondLady] pretty good actually
[BondLady] could have already been paid off if they had of put the right money into the right places to get more oil flowing
[BondLady] an more of the private sector an economy going
[BondLady] 5% takein off the top of all oil sales which goes to compensating kuwait for saddams deeds
[BondLady] im not gonna be the only one in this discussion now
[BondLady] i posted the article for us to discuss
[BondLady] i want u all to use ur minds an skillz an all ive taught u

[JohnnyZ] barter on the port to the rest of the amount owed
[BondLady] that could be too
[svp] BondLady As long as their currency is worthless they can play the "hardship" card. If it RVs they will have to pony up!!!

[BondLady] ok any thing else in this article?
[JohnnyZ] they are suggesting that they want to help their own ppl for once
[BondLady] there acting like this money could go to helping iraq as they are victems too
[BondLady] kuwait might be a lil more helpful if iraq would do the same
[BondLady] an show respect for others
[BondLady] they could come out of sanctions too if they knew how to shut up an stop threatning kuwait
[BondLady] but see here there only nice when it suits them or they want something
[BondLady] in this case 35% of the rest of compensation or deducing it from what it is
[BondLady] but why would kuwait wanna help them
[BondLady] saddam slaughtered 1000's of kuwaitis
[BondLady] an iraq threatens them over ther port that they have every right to
[BondLady] why was iraq put under sanctions
[BondLady] for being a threat to kuwait
[BondLady] what have they been doing
[BondLady] threatning kuwait
[BondLady] when u say
[BondLady] were gonna set up 3 missle sites an aim them at ur port if u dont stop building it
[BondLady] thats a dang threat
[BondLady] an then fire a missle towards it an miss
[BondLady] an then come out an litterally say
[BondLady] sorry but that missle wasnt aimed at kuwait
[BondLady] it was aimed at basra an missed
[BondLady] they cant fight there way out of a paper bag right now just like judo key board blackbelts on the net (who i wont name names, cause he knows very well who he is) this doesnt do any one any good and no one respects or appreciates that kind of behavior
[BondLady] and consequences happen
