deejj87 DECEMBER 19, 2014 AT 12:32 AM IMF is moving their office from NYC over to China..
“Christine Lagarde, speaking late today in London, said IMF rules require the main office be located in the country that is the biggest shareholder, which the U.S. has been since the fund was formed 70 years ago.
The IMF founding members “decided that the institution would be headquartered in the country which had the biggest share of the quota, which chipped in the biggest amount and contributed most. And that is still today the United States,” she said in response to questions at the London School of Economics.
“But the way things are going, I wouldn’t be surprised if one of these days the IMF was headquartered in Beijing for instance,” she said. “It would be the articles of the IMF that would dictate it.””
Roger Parness DECEMBER 18, 2014 AT 10:54 PM Look like 2 Rooks in an end game. Check.
tristero888 DECEMBER 19, 2014 AT 1:44 AM i see your two round towers and raise you one living bridge
bet ya 3 pieces o’ eight those people don’t give a hoot about the SDR.
bet ya 5 that bridge will be carrying people long after both those towers turn back to dust.
Roger Parness DECEMBER 19, 2014 AT 6:25 PM Funny how the happy humans walking the living bridge look so at peace but the miserable suits inhabiting the towers are jumping from the rooves.
No bet Tristero.
Daneackerman DECEMBER 20, 2014 AT 11:01 AM True enough but I would have to ask how you got 3 or 5 pieces of 8 when your only supposed to have 1? Lol…pirates code no doubt?
The bridge is totally awesome! So much meaning built into it. Thanks for sharing it.
Jose Johnson DECEMBER 18, 2014 AT 6:35 PM Nice looking towers. Reminds me of tower of Babel or the tarot card “The Tower”. Wonder if they are central bank divisions in China.
daniel grig (@gelingrig) DECEMBER 18, 2014 AT 8:52 PM When speaking to the press that Russia bought 50 tons of gold, people understand that this gold belongs to the state, the Russian people.
I think it’s a very eronea interpretation. Ouien have control over this gold? Putin, the Duma (the government) people? J. Collins can tell me if I’m wrong or I’m right?
When the expression in the media is so: “Russia has bought gold …” In fact who controls the gold is the CENTRAL BANK OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION which is completely independent of the state and to belong to intreses private banking. Truth?
chuc1997 DECEMBER 19, 2014 AT 8:46 PM The more important question is “How is the Russian CB getting the gold?” After all, CB’s typically end up with assets on their balance sheet gained in trade…so who is paying Russia in gold? And what does Russia primarily export?
Figure that out and IMO you will have figured out “Plan B.”
Roger Parness DECEMBER 18, 2014 AT 10:53 PM As we approach the end of the Dollar’s reign and all this implies for the citizens of the USA, I wonder if history will say America committed suicide or was conquered? Or just fell asleep at the wheel and hit a wall head on? Crash alert! Call the ambulance.
Ozymandias 3 DECEMBER 19, 2014 AT 6:18 PM Most historians in the future will likely draft commentaries and perspectives concerns the causes of the fall of the culture and economy of the USA that is very similar to what is the official party line as to why the Roman Empire failed.
The truth concerning the relationship between the debasement of the Roman currency (denarius) and the collapse of its empire and the fall of Rome is not taught in schools or colleges and is not general public knowledge.
The truth concerning the relationship between the intentional debasement of the $USD by the banksters since 1914 and the debasement of the culture and economy is not widely known today. Therefore, even fewer are likely to care to know and understand in the future.
Bel Suave (@SuaveBel) DECEMBER 20, 2014 AT 5:26 AM .”The truth concerning the relationship between the debasement of the Roman currency (denarius) and the collapse of its empire and the fall of Rome is not taught in schools or colleges and is not general public knowledge.”
Not sure what you are proposing to be the true nature of that relationship. That one led to the other or….?
Gails Waters DECEMBER 19, 2014 AT 6:02 PM Hello JC I was asked to forward this message to you:
“For serious 2015 auguries and to remain centered, you must contemplate and view as a probable, a new technology that obviates oil as an energy. A technology that will transpose current energy cost, per kilowatt, to pre 1950’s levels. You must conceptualize its arrival and contemplate its “CURRENT” effect on the world markets and oil prices.” BOSS
Ozymandias 3 DECEMBER 19, 2014 AT 6:45 PM I wonder whatever Alstom Power and Schneider Electric might be up to in the next two years?????? HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM?
Steve Henningsen (@Stevephenni) DECEMBER 20, 2014 AT 6:33 PM Gail’s, while I recognize you are trying to be helpful, dropping unsubstantiated quotes from third party’s doesn’t assist in keeping us focussed on the endgame. If this person would like to forward some facts, that would be helpful.
Onrgaia DECEMBER 19, 2014 AT 9:35 PM The comment @ DECEMBER 19, 2014 AT 6:02 PM is very interesting for this reason. Whether one pays attention to Clif High or not is irrelevant, but he did post the following the other day for some short term/long term data that popped up:
ST data is showing a [crash] in the [PGMs (platinum group metals)] to even further lows AS the price of [gold/silver] rise. This is described as a [mine (company) crushing] event for the PGMs for a number of months, but ST/LT data shows a [new invention (from Russia/India)] will [suck PGMs] from the [inventory] as this [new energy/new electrics] device is [dribbled] onto the [global (maker?) market].
This [new electrics (maker?) device] is showing as late 2015. So watch the PGMs prices for a hint of when the [device] will be appearing.
The [device] is much more important as a temporal marker than the PGMs price increase as the data shows at least [4/four generations] of [device iteration] and [wide spread global pop adoption]. (12/18/2014) http://www.halfpasthuman.com
This looks like it could be fun times intermingling with not so fun times.
Alaskaroots DECEMBER 20, 2014 AT 5:25 AM I agree with Roger’s comment about if it’s better to be a debt serf than a dead serf is a dismal outlook.
Tristero888, certainly provided some interesting reading. This data falls in line with my research into any ancient traditions around the world. Again with Roger, any chance for immediate freedom???
If anyone out there makes real decisions that impact the rest of us, then read this:
Let it be easy. Let it be fun. Let it be incredible. Also, if this system is going to come crashing down, we should enjoy the ride on the way down. Seems like we could get some great infrastructure started before we are required to build up something new.
Except maybe the people on the planet should have a say about whatever new system goes in place, before it’s too late and set in stone? Let the people be free! If not now, when?? So, now would be great.
Cheers to those who see new energy devices coming, I can’t wait! Bring em on!!!!!
Roger Parness DECEMBER 20, 2014 AT 5:17 PM And new medical technologies, and agricultural methods, and water purification and desalination science and new education techniques and new ways to clean the pollution.
Many new, clean, healthy and free necessities. No exorbitant taxes, no pernicious usury. Universal prosperity. Bring ‘em on indeed!
Funny to be optimistic even as we contemplate our probable near future fate of increased serfdom and debt slavery. NOW is a great time for liberty and freedom. Hope is where you find it. Good will win the day.
Dripfood DECEMBER 20, 2014 AT 12:20 PM Systems that arise from human collaboration can be seen as interesting new life forms. Lately, such life forms have been growing significantly, exposing the inherent deficiencies of their building blocks and creating various problems as a consequence.
Transition from individual purpose towards common purpose is one of the conditions for any such system to develop consciousness and conscience. Uninhibited connectedness between all the individual buildingblocks seems to be a second requirement.
Both conditions are not yet met for life-sustaining (love-sustaining?) conscious systems to develop from human collaboration. So we stumble, fall and start up again. Each time a bit more connected and our purposes a bit more aligned.
This grant project will not come to full fruition until we realize that our common purpose is nothing less than our absolute highest individual purpose.
Recognizing this within, will probably unlock our inherent connectedness to all. Love is nothing more and nothing less than uninhibited openness.
Blaming others for our seperation or general unhappiness is childish and one of the reasons we find ourselves as pawns in an imperfect and unconscious system of human ‘collaboration’.
Being biological creationary machines, we create exactly what we focus on, however uncomfortable that might be.
If we free up our own energy, we will materialize free energy. If we recognoze our own value, value will recognize us. If we liberate our unconscious, consciousness will liberate us. No buts and ifs.
Lets stumble and rebound gloriously. No need to fall this time around.
Cramley DECEMBER 20, 2014 AT 6:51 PM
If this is the vision for Asia why would they want to hold reserves in a Western-centric SDR as opposed to a gold-centric asset?
JC Collins DECEMBER 20, 2014 AT 7:15 PM They’re not “western-centric SDR”, they’re “international-centric SDR”. Perhaps that’s what you’re not fully understanding.
