beofservice: in talking with a friend who participated in the Kuwait opportunity, it just happened. No announcement, no heads up. I anticipate the same will happen with this as well.. .
SisterA: My husband and I just returned from two and a half weeks in the Middle East and Europe. We took a 1,000 IQD note with us to see if we could exchange it during our time in Dubai, Israel, Jordan and Barsalona, Spain.
All the airport currency exchange offices said they could not exchange Iraqi Dinar. All the other Middle Eastern countries were listed on their exchange boards except Iraq. So I have concluded that the stories we have heard about the rates being live in the Middle East are not true.
I don't think we can exchange our Dinar anywhere until the rate goes international. That at least is my personal experience for what it is worth. We just have to continue waiting patiently!
Rayfaulk: I appreciate you thoughts and the sharing of your experience... I hope this changes soon... like this weekend!

I have a source that is a high-ranking Cash Vault Operations Manager for a large chain of banks and is very well connected. This man is responsible for suppling all nessasary funds to the banks in the Midwest region, they handle Millions of dollars everyday and are IN THE KNOW with the Federal Reserve and the Treasury Dept.
There has been no mention of any monetary change brought forward to the people that are actually handling the cash and doing the work. Something may happen someday but there has been NOTHING NEW happen at this point in time.I get frustrated by seeing some of the posts that the so-called gurus are making, especially when I know for a fact that it is nothing more than a total fabrication on their part.
I had never posted about having this connection until today, I just wanted to set the record straight for everyone that is anxiously waiting for this RV. I am saying a prayer that something happens very soon for all of us.

Take note of this: "He noted that "the current parliamentary session ends on 14/6 of the current year as it will dissolve the parliament and become the government formed by the caretaker government not only does not have the right to do appointments or holding international conventions or major projects."
From what I recall, they MUST pass the 2014 budget with the current parliament in play, so if they are leaving starting April 14 until June 14, which is the end of the current parliament session, then logic says they will officially announce the approval of the 2014 budget prior to April 14.
Add NOVA's statement of the rate before the budget, and we have ourselves an interesting timeline

Whatever your problems may be, you’re not going to solve them by withdrawing from life. It may seem that life has beat you down, but that doesn’t mean you have to hide from it.
The answer is not to give up on life. The answer is to give up your negative perspective.
Success does not come from avoiding the difficult things. Success comes from transcending the difficulties while transforming them into positive value.
Yes, it is painful to move forward when you feel that life is pushing against you. Yet what is even more painful is the regret you’ll feel if you don’t make the effort.
Your attitude is always your choice. No matter what is happening on the outside, you can always maintain a powerful, positive outlook on the inside.
Choose today to rise above whatever might be threatening to bring you down. Choose a perspective that empowers you, and use that power to do truly great things.
