One option left to Parliament is to pass the budget as they did last year without the support of the Kurds….with the Coalition United expected to rejoin Parliament on Sunday this might just be possible.

Iraq's Oil Output Surges to Highest Level in Over 30 Years
Oil production spiked to a height of 3.6 million barrels of oil per day in February, the highest in over 30 years…..new fields coming on line in the next few months are expected to push production another 500,000 barrels per day….meanwhile exports in February rose to 2.8 millions barrels, up 600,000 barrels from a year ago.
