7:38 PM [grashopa] and ask yourself......why did they NOT disperse that last year...........as required by law?? ] because the HCL was not final well again they have mandated the 25%......in the 2013 budget wonder why the peeps are pist??
7:41 PM [grashopa] we are seeing.....massive progress...............BUT............the corruption is what has de-railed implementation of many programs
7:41 PM [tdooly] Back to the math of the budget. If at $90 per barrel and 50% to iraq budget =$47 Billion to the budget .
That would be at $1 = 1 IQD, THEREFORE if they RV at $4 per USD the budget would be $47 x 4 = $188 billion which is more like what they would expect it to be IMHO.
Even at $10 per IQD would be "only" a $470 Billion budget which is still not out of the question with a country like Iraq that will be buying multi $million planes, power plants, etc, etc THIS year. Actually, I like $10 per IQD !!!!!!!!
7:42 PM [jimt] tdooly I like that number
7:43 PM [grashopa] The UN...IMF have let them have some rope to get their sh?? together............and now...........global push HAS come to shove............and we see that.....depending on how you interpret the arts......... but

7:50 PM [grashopa] let me back up a bit....BS talks....and $$ walks................talk the talk........or walk the walk........ like I said........a matter of interpretation
