I USE TO BE IT /HELP DESK, ETC FOR A COUPLE OF ACCOUNTING FIRMS. WE WOULD DO SOFTWARE UPDATES TO VARIOUS PROGRAMS AND WE WOULD HAVE A PROCESS TO GO THROUGH FOR THE INSTALLATION, AND THEN THE VALIDATION THAT EVERYTHING WENT CORRECTLY. SOMETIMES WE DID IT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, SOMETIMES IT WAS FIRM WIDE.
