_ 2:20 PM [Historian] Please be careful how you interpret real world news. Intel is making the rounds saying that Greece has been bailed out, or reached a deal, and that they must have received RV’d funds in order to do this.
According to mainstream news, however, the Greek government reached an internal agreement (i.e. between government stakeholders) on how to restructure, what to cut, etc. in order to meet bailout conditions. But they did not reach an agreement on the bailout itself. Here is an article explaining that:
