7. According to nflemingjr the Zim rates for those without humanitarian projects were 11 million and 35 million per 100 trillion.
8. If you had a humanitarian project, the rate would be on a 1:1 (and on a sliding scale after 500 trillion).

All White House and Military government contracts said it would be Sept.-Oct. Mid Sept. is a closer time frame.
11. When you call the 800 number give them the zip code of where you would like to exchange. Especially if you are displaced because of the hurricane you do not necessarily have to exchange in the area where you live.

13. There would be another stream tomorrow afternoon Tues. Sept. 3 unless significant news came in, when he would tweet out time of the stream.

Economic collapse news. First we cover the current currency problems in Argentina and the rush of capital out of Emerging markets. This is the reason for the push away from the dollar. We see the most recent UMich survey which shows consumer sentiment is taking a turn for the worst.
Also realtor dot com did a survey of home users and it found a whopping 75% of a erase consumer believe a recession is coming soon. The thing is consumer are always the last to know is consumer behavior has a sudden deterioration this could be the end of the last support propping up the economy.
We also see a concern tend among the world's wealthy and the have cut spending dramatically and more than doubled their savings rate in the past 2 years. Pay attention to what the 10% do with their money.
