my opinion no, all the same rate, only my opinion, but ask yourself 1 question, what has any bank ever done for anyone from the time you walk in the door, till you leave but charge you fees, I have never had 1 favor from a bank and don't know anyone that has, how about you

For instance, if you would want to know how this works, call your various banks tomorrow and say you would like to buy some euros and ask for their rate and any associated charges......they will ask you how much you want to buy....
tell them you are not sure as you probably need $2,500 or more but are considering just getting $100 now and get the rest in Italy when you arrive......
ask them what they think is best......rates change, their buy back policy changes, delivery charges may be waived etc.....now think if you ask them for 10 mil euro or more....
So, I believe you will conclude after your experiment that greater amounts will get different rates/charges.....remember, that bank increases their lending ability upwards of 20-1 for every dollar you leave in deposit...
In my town, I know one bank that does something special for the group of investors that leave 500,000 or more with the investment advisors....
they do all sorts of cool things together monthly at the banks expense and get countless gifts from the bank...their deposits give 10mil plus in lending ability to the bank so I think the bank happily affords it......
remember, money is not what you think it is.....what's more, the Basil3 GCR increases the capitalization requirements and this will make us even more attractive to the banks....
When the time comes, my advice, call, shop, negotiate---the more you can bring to them, the more valuable you are......It's business!!!

I can't find anything that shows anything about IQN being a symbol for the Iraq Dinar. And if you google IQN the only thing that does show up with IQN being related to the Iraq Dinar is only from posts from people from the dinar community.
Is there any credible place that shows the Iraq Dinar is in fact related to the symbol IQN other than from various dinar communities?

I thought to myself......budget? When was the last time we had a budget in this country? 5-6 years? We have been in a major recession for several years and have not had money for a budget. What is different this year?
If Obama is anxious for this budget, why would he want to delay it with a government shut down? He has said that he is going to cut the deficit in the 4th quarter of this year.Your comment about it being his mission to shut down the government is based on emotion only. :hmmm:

The Vatican bank, called the Institute of Religious Works, or IOR, said its 2012 net income more than quadrupled to €86.6 million ($116.9 million) from €20.2 million, thanks mainly to trading in fixed-income securities, including government bonds. The profit enabled it to give €54.7 million to the Holy See, which the pope can hand out to Catholic charities of his choice. READ MORE

Persistence is really quite simple, and extremely powerful. If you don’t get it right the first time, see it not as a failure but as an opportunity for another more informed and experienced attempt.
The best response to a disappointing result is more effort. Feel the disappointment, let it make you more determined, and then move quickly to a highly effective state of taking action.
Do what must be done, then do it again and again, and again. Even the smallest action can have enormous impact when repeated often enough.
But how can you get back up when you’ve just fallen down? You do it by reminding yourself it’s clearly the best choice, and then making the choice to act in your own best interest.
Persistence is not always easy, yet it’s not particularly complicated either. You’ve made the effort before, so it’s really not such a big deal to go ahead and make it again.
Do that often enough, and your actions take on great power and effectiveness. Do that often enough, and achievement is yours.
