At last a MP that is not alarmed by the measures being taken by the CBI.....setting correct measures for the stability of the currency and the market in the long run....
through all of what is transpiring the CBI is being the professional and sees returns of high potential on the economy because of their actions now.....
these steps being taken will stop speculators and definitely reduce their influence on things to come....the CBI's efforts need to be supported.

Russian official .. Iraq gave the Russian business sector green light
The Russian Ambassador to Iraq states that Russian businesses were given the green light to enter and invest in Iraq as they continue to foster economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.
The Russians state that there is stiff competition from other foreign companies to win Iraqi trade and business. They are even clearing air space for travel between Moscow and Baghdad.
Kurdistan Alliance: There is a political will not to the enactment of the oil and gas
According to a Kurd MP and member of the Finance Committee there are legislative issues concerning oil and gas issues that need to be bridged by approving the Oil and Gas Law.....
but there have been political blocks since 2007. The Kurds are being portrayed as the cause of the budget not being approved but that is not true....
.they are as interested in passing the budget as anyone else....but the oil and gas problems that show up each year are a stumbling block for all concerned.
U.S. warns its citizens from traveling to Iraq
A new travel warning for US citizens was issued today by the State Department warning against travel in Iraq.....stating issues with security, threats of kidnapping, and terrorist violence as reasons to stay away....the US Embassy in Iraq has limited resources in which to respond to Americans in trouble at this time.
Moussawi: I will sue Nujaifi "to mislead public opinion and conceal the names of voters on Article 38
It appears that Speaker Najafi is being accused by an MP of the State Law bloc for publishing a list of MP's that voted on Article 38 of the Retirement Law and the particular MP is stating that she did not vote on the Article.
She believes the Speaker is attempting to mislead the public by telling lies that will incite the public. The MP says she will withdraw her her candidacy from the upcoming Parliamentary elections if this is not corrected by Najafi....
I would think that she should fight all the more seriously to clear her name for the elections....but then I'm on the outside looking in.

This is an editorial from a very disgruntled individual who is entitled to their opinion of things....very obviously writing from some position of safety.....probably not even in Iraq.....demeaning to the Iraqis and the American forces that were in Iraq....read this if you have the time.....but keep in mind it is a slanted opinion....at best.
