Milliondays Newstime 4/30/15 Part 2
billionaire Millionday: What indicator, if any, will make the IQD an internationally tradable currency?

and today prov paced serious steps to implement the oil agreement and to Baghdad sends its financial benefits, and that the current economic crisis is an opportunity to review and re-evaluation
and can be utilized officials in the region of this phase to avoid problems in the future it is necessary so to speed up the reform and economic and financial in Kurdistan. "
Millionday: NOTE -- KURDISTAN HAS APOLOGIZED FOR THE HOLD UP IN FUNDS AND IMPLEMENTATION AND ITS NEGATIVE IMPACT IT HAS HAD ON THE NATION AND ITS CITIZENS –
THEY HAVE STATED THAT IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO SPEED UP THE REFORMS AND ALSO THE FINANCIAL FUTURE THAT WILL COME FROM THE REFORMS AT THIS TIME -- WHOOPOW
Millionday: For his part, the British consul continued to provide support and assistance to Iraq and the Kurdistan Region and efforts to reach rapprochement between the province and the center and resolve the outstanding issues and files.
Millionday: SO BRITAIN HAS MADE IT CLEAR THAT THEY WILL CONTINUE TO HELP
.MOD.subgirlcopy Millionday: that has to be a HUGE thing for Kurdistan to apologize like that!!! WOW!!!!! That is a GREAT thing!!!!! IMO!!!
Millionday: I AGREE -- AND TO SAY THEY ARE IN COMPLETE AGREEMENT -- HUGE MY FRIEND TO ME TOO !!
Holly1: Is this the hcl law whoopow .
Millionday: NO THE HCL IS A RULING LAW IN ALL OIL BUSINESS AND THIS INCLUDES INTERNATIONAL --PRODUCTS -- DOMESTIC -- THE IRAQI OIL COMPANY -- SUMO AND ALL TO DO WITH OIL THAT IS CROSS REFERENCED IN SO MANY THINGS THAT BY HAVE SO MANY OIL AGREEMENTS DONE THE LAW ITSELF SHOULD BE MUCH SIMLI

Millionday: The World Bank is seeking to finance development projects in areas in Iraq that the government has recaptured from Islamic State militants, its regional vice president said.
Hafez Ghanem also said he would meet with Iraqi officials and discuss ways to help the government tackle a budget deficit caused by a drop in oil revenues when he visits Iraq this week.
Millionday: NOTE -- THE WORLD BANK WILL BE IN IRAQ AS WELL THIS WEEK -- SMILE
Millionday: Cheap oil is ravaging Iraq's state finances and the government faces rising military spending from its battle against the hardline militant group Islamic State, which has killed thousands and destroyed services and infrastructure.
The group overran a third of the country last summer and control territory in Iraq and Syria.
Millionday: "There are areas that the government liberated from Daesh (Islamic State) but it suffers from a lack of infrastructure, education and health (services). So I will try to see if we can help by financing projects to improve life in these areas," Ghanem said in an interview in Lebanon.
Millionday: NOTE -- THESE ARE CITIZEN ISSUES AND NEEDS THAT ARE TO BE EXTENDED
Millionday: The undertaking is part of a wider plan to boost the World Bank's investments in the Middle East and North Africa in the coming years, Ghanem told Reuters.
"You have political problems, civil wars and security issues so it is difficult to achieve economic development. But at the same time I think that economic growth is important as part of the solution to political problems afflicting the region."
Millionday: NOTE -- HELPING IRAQ AND RESOLVING THE ISSUES IS PART OF A MUCH LARGER PLAN IN THE REGION –
SO IT APPEARS THAT THE ECONOMIC PLANS OUT WEIGH THE SOLUTION THAT ECONOMIC REFORM AND DEVELOPMENT WILL BRING IN THE ENTIRE REGION THROUGH IRAQ`S ECONOMIC RETURN
Millionday: In Syria, civil war has brought an economic collapse and almost two thirds of the population live in extreme poverty.
Neighbouring Lebanon hosts more than 1 million Syrian refugees and has lost billions of dollars in state revenues and other expenditures as a result of the conflict next door.
The World Bank had set up a trust fund to support development projects in Lebanese communities under strain from the refugee influx, but that it received minimal funding.
Millionday: NOTE -- SOME HELP HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO OTHER COUNTRIES IN THE REGION BUT NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT IS GOING TO BE DONE IN IRAQ IT APPEARS DUE TO THE IMPACT EXPECTED FROM THE NEW IRAQ--
Millionday: NOTE -- REMEMEBR HOW MANY TIMES WE HAVE SEEN TALK ABOUT THE BONDS AND THE HELP THEY WILL BRING TO GET IRAQ ON ITS FEET –
SO ALSO UNDERSTAND HOW HARD IT IS TO MARKET WHEN THE % OF INTEREST IS NOT CLEAR DUE TO LACK OF THE CREDIT RATINGS USED TO CALCULATE --- (JUST A FURTHER NOTE ON LAST REPORT FOR CLARITY)
Millionday: "We as the international community should help Lebanon to face this challenge.
That is why as the World Bank we are not only increasing our investment in the country but we are also trying to bring in or convince other organisations to increase investments for Syrian refugees," he said.
Millionday: The bank wants to increase its portfolio in Lebanon to $2.3 billion from $1.1 billion in the next four years, Ghanem said, citing a government report that it needed $1 billion over at least two years to cope with the crisis.
Other countries where spending would be stepped up include Tunisia and Egypt, he said
Millionday: SO THE WORLD BANK WILL BE IN IRA NEXT WEEK AND THE GOLA IS TO HELP WITH THE DEFICIT AND ALSO ITS DEVELOPMENT IN AREAS THAT ARE CLEARED BY THEN –
I BET THE WEEKEND WILL BE INTERESTING WHILE THEY TRY TO GET AS MANY AREAS CLEARED AS POSSIBLE BEFORE THIS VISIT -- SMILE
