[jtank] MD--what is article 14?

[jtank] BGG talked of art. 14--balance of money owed?
[millionday] NOTE -- THE LEADER AND SOME OF HIS SIDE KICKS WERE KILLED TODAY OF ISIS
[millionday] Article 37 Should the parties to a dispute of the nature referred to in Article 33 fail to settle it by the means indicated in that Article, they shall refer it to the Security Council.

[millionday] IT KIND OF MINIMIZES POWER WHEN THE LEADER IS WIPED OUT OR UP HOWEVER BAD IT WAS
[txoilman] Millionday could you note the last two art.
[millionday] OH SORRY -- YES THE LAST TWO WERE STATING THAT IF THE COUNTRY CAN NOT HELP THEMSELVES -- THEY MAY SEND THE PROBLEM TO THE UN TO BE RESOLVED AS WE HAVE SEEN IN REPORTS
[txoilman] Thank you.....I got lost in all that
[millionday] NOW THE REASON I WAS SHOWING YOU THIS
[millionday] LAST YEAR AN EXTENSION WAS GIVEN UNAMI FOR ONE YEAR TO IRAQ -- IT WOULD END TODAY
[millionday] HERE IS THE REPORT CONCERNING THIS AND HOW THEY WILL REMAIN TO HELP
[millionday] Security Council adopted today a U.S. decision to extend the mandate of the United Nations Mission for Assistance to Iraq, "UNAMI" until July 31, 2015. He condemned the decision (which was adopted unanimously) "terrorist attacks by Daash in Iraq and the Levant, and the human toll, which affected children and displaced more than a million Iraqi civilians."
The Council resolution "serious concern about the current security situation in Iraq, resulting from large-scale attack launched by terrorist groups, especially the group Daash in Iraq and the Levant, and other armed groups associated with them."
[millionday] NOTE -- IT IS EXTENDED AND HERE IS SOME OF WHAT THEY ARE PLANNING
[millionday] The resolution stated that "progress Daash in Iraq and the Levant, represents a threat to the sovereignty of Iraq and its future," stressing that "the only way to address the crisis requires the cooperation of all Iraqis by meeting needs in the fields of security and political."
The resolution called upon all Iraqi parties to "the need to overcome the divisions among themselves, and engage together in the inclusive political process, and takes place in a timely manner in order to consolidate the national unity of Iraq, its sovereignty and independence,
and accelerate the formation of a government that represents the will and sovereignty of Iraq's population in all segments, and contribute to the finding a solution and lasting glory to the current challenges. "
[millionday] NOTE -- THEY HAVE EVERY INTENTION OF IRAQ BECOMING A GLOBAL FORCE AGAIN AND IN A GREATER FASHION -- THEY ARE NOT PLANNING ON ALLOWING THE SPEED WE ARE WITNESSING TO SLOW
[millionday] HERE IS THE LAST PART OF HIS ANNOUNCEMENT
[millionday] He also called on the Security Council resolution by the Iraqi government to continue to strengthen democracy and the rule of law and improve security, public order and combat terrorism and sectarian violence and to address the incitement motivated intolerance and extremism in all parts of the country.
The resolution also stressed "the need to continue efforts to strengthen international and regional cooperation aimed at promoting support Iraq and to prevent terrorist groups on the list of sanctions Committee established pursuant to resolutions 1267, 1999, and 1989 to 2011, and in particular the group Daash in Iraq and the Levant, from the use of its territory and countries adjacent to carry out acts of violence or other illegal acts, in order to destabilize Iraq and the region. "
[millionday] SO THE IDEA IS TO PUT A HALT TO ALL ACTIONS THAT ARE STALLING THE REFORMS -- ALL OF THEM AND THE GOV FORMATION
[millionday] SO AS THEY WERE GIVEN THE RIGHT THROUGH ARTICLE 6 AND ALSO THE UN THEMSELVES
-- THEY WILL BE RECEIVING HELP TO HOLD OFF AND RESOLVE THE DISPUTES THAT ARE CAUSING ISSUES WITH SECURITY AND CONFIDENCE --
[millionday] I HAVE BROUGHT UP CONFIDENCE MANY TIMES AND THAT IS FOR MANY REASONS --
[millionday] INVESTORS --- FRANCHISING ---AND ALSO THE SUCCESS OF ANY STOCK MARKET AND BANKING REFORM DEPEND ON IT --
[millionday] THE CULTURE WILL BE CHANGING DUE TO THE TECHNICAL CHANGES AND ADVANCEMENTS
AND SO WILL THE SECURITY IN THE COUNTRY ---
OF COURSE WE KNOW WITH THE NEW GOV THAT MANY CHANGES WILL TAKE PLACE BECAUSE WE SEE THE FEDERAL GOV AND THE KURDS WORKING TOGETHER --
THAT IS NEW AND WONDERFUL -- HISTORICAL AND BIBLICAL
[millionday] BRB WITH MORE
[mrref1216] So this all sounds good, this will take a lot of time :}

[millionday] NOW IF THIS DOESNT LOOK LIKE GLOBAL MARKET ON THE WAY I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT DOES
[millionday] HERE WE GO
[millionday] Basra administration announced that the General Company for Ports of Iraq, which is based in the province of Basra, on Thursday, that it was contracted form of joint operation with foreign companies and Iraqi to create 26 berths new inside the port of Umm Qasr, near the location,

He satisfied that "the 13 berths last of the planned construction of a channel Khor Al-Zubair near the site of the port,
millionday] " referred to that style of interoperability requires that the private companies at their own expense to build new berths or rehabilitation and development of berths old, and then operated, management to be a revenue-sharing achieved with the General Company for Ports,
usually contracts long-term, as it reaches its period to more than Ten years ago, the company has Ports Authority that has contracted this formula with many foreign companies, including the Company (NAWAH) American Holding,
which holds the operating two berths in the port stronghold of the ocean-going vessels of Iran by not less than 90%, and the company (CMA CGM) French responsible for the operation of the pier (4) in the port of Umm Qasr, as well as the company (Gulftaner) UAE based since 2009 to run the pier No. (8) in the same port. noteworthy that Iraq has five commercial ports are all located in the province of Basra overlooking from the far south of the Gulf, and
millionday] the oldest of those ports port stronghold near the city center, which was created by British forces in 1914, and in 1965 was the establishment of the port of Umm Qasr, which announced the Ministry of Transport in 2010 for a cut in the two ports south and north,

[millionday] THEY STATED THAT IT WAS FOR THE MOVE TO A FREE MARKET ECONOMY AND TO ENTER THE GLOBE ---
AND THAT WAS THE SAME REPORT THAT STATED THIS IS THE WAY TO AN ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP TO THE WTO -- NOW THAT WAS EXCITING
[millionday] THERE IS SO MUCH GOING ON AND NOW WITH THE UNAMI EXTENDING FOR THE WHOLE YEAR WITHOUT EVEN MEETING QUARTERLY SHOWS THEY HAVE CONFIDENCE THAT THEY ARE NEEDED
AND THAT IRAQ IS MOVING FORWARD AND NEEDS SECURITY HELP IN THE REGION AND
[millionday] ONCE AGAIN REFERING TO THEM AS A DEMOCRATIC EXAMPLE
