Smoking Gun? US Treasury makes an interesting connection

ZAP mentioned this morning that the new TRN is being distributed in Europe with the rest being done in the US in the coming weeks. About a week ago, CBS Sunday Morning did a short documentary on the color and art of money. What is interesting to note is that at the end of the video, the statement was made as a voice-over, "You can bet your bottom dollar that our money will keep its iconic look". This was set with an image of the current USD transforming to a Silver Certificate.
Interesting though is that the US Treasury website has embedded the CBS video ON THEIR WEBSITE with some short paragraphs explaining: http://www.treasury.gov/connect/blog/Pages/U.S.-Currency-Featured-on-CBS-Sunday-Morning-.aspx
"Treasurer Rosie Rios has always acknowledged that the design of United States currency tells the story of who we are as a nation and connects us to our history.
The public's fascination with each dollar denomination's intricate artwork has never ebbed and serves as a source of pride for the engravers and artists of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing.
This long-standing curiosity is why CBS Sunday Morning aired a segment yesterday on the future of design for U.S. currency, featuring interviews with Treasurer Rios and Director of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing Larry Felix about how the Treasury Department approaches its work in producing the world's famous greenbacks. "
Is this a smoking gun?
[beach] 4-6-14 Millionday: The hcl is reported to us as complete and not activated -- the reason it would not be activated is because the raise in value and entry to global market will fund the law.
beach] 4-6-14 Kaperoni: Article: "Urgent ... Postpone the parliament session until further notice pending agreement on a budget." I would expect that parliament is dead until after the elections now. Nobody wants to work with Maliki. Unfortunately, the Kurds will never agree to come to parliament to vote until there is an oil agreement since they want to be assured they will get their 17% revenue. Something Maliki never has delivered on. I was just thinking this may be to our benefit ... since this may reflect negatively on Maliki, it may force him to get the CBI to make monetary change as a way to save face.

IMO, these laws are already passed... they are just waiting on the rate... which will then activate the laws.
Rate first, then everything else, including economic laws, budget, wto... etc. Sager

There is only so much quantity you can add to any aspect of your life. Yet there is no limit to the level of quality you can attain.
Instead of doing something more and more, consider doing it better and better. Instead of increasing the quantity of what you consume or experience, consider raising the level of quality.
Live richly rather than ravenously. Focus not on how much you have but rather on how well you make meaningful use of it.
Let go of the wearisome need to have more and more. Embrace, enjoy and nurture your ability to give deeper meaning to what you already have.
Even the little things can bring great joy. Even the small moments can make a big difference.
Each moment is an opportunity to raise the level of quality in your life. Focus on quality, today and every day, and there is no limit to the richness you can experience.
