ClassicRockChick: Putting The $3.44 In Perspective.....
IMHO, here are some reasons to not believe the U.S. rate will go down to $3.44 because. If you are one of those who still thinks the IMF cannot step in and release the GCR, please do not post in this thread, since the topic is coming from the viewpoint that the IMF does indeed have that authority.
1. Heads will seriously roll big time from those who have already exchanged at higher rates. We're talking about people who are either politicians or others who are part of the elite, people who hold real influence over how things are ran in our world. As everyone has been saying all along, they do not want to pay back the surplus of anything over $3.44. This leads me to believe they would take every step to make sure this GCR gets rolled out before the 9:00 a.m. deadline Tony gave us in his call.
2. For any reason, if the banks are holding this up on purpose, in the hope that the IMF will step in and release the GCR and therefore, lower the U.S. rate to $3.44, because they are mad and do not want us little people to become rich, I would think they are putting their jobs in jeopardy by pulling this kind of and some heads will seriously roll with the big names at the UST.
3. Our economy wouldn't do as well during the holiday seasons as anticipated. I saw someone in chat post about how she and her husband would not be able to retire should the rate come out at $3.44. I think it's safe to say many of us would be in the same situation, since most of us dinarians own less than 1 million dinar. This would have a domino affect on our economy, since we wouldn't spend as much money as we would have should we get the $38 rate. There won't be as many new job openings for those already unemployed, this also means they won't have money to spend during the holidays.
4. Political reasons that have to do with #3. Please refer to Mr. DC's comments in today's recording of Tony's call, or Montana's call notes to find out which political issues I refer to.
This is all I can think of for now. Feel free to add to the list.
Keep in mind human nature being what it is, there's still a possibility that the banks may still drop the ball, and we will end up with the lower $3.44 rate. If that's the case, this will still be the most money I've ever had in my life and for that I will still be grateful to have been able to participate in this opportunity.
[FLPatriot59] For those of you in the US, in particular the southeast, you will appreciate this tribute to Thanksgiving by Publix, a terrific supermarket. Plus, all their stores are closed on Thanksgiving so their families can enjoy the holiday! Enjoy - http://youtu.be/08rj14I6QPY
[Prissynell] Did I read tony right today that he said if rate not out by 8am Tues then rate goes from 30.00 to 3.44 or did I read wrong
[FLPatriot59] Prissynell Incorrect. That timeframe was HIS own "opinion" but not official. And it was 9AM EST, not 8AM.

When you meet up with resistance, that means you’re making progress. The more resistance you work yourself through, the more value you’ll create.
Achievement is difficult, and that’s a good thing. For that’s what enables achievement to make you stronger.
The difficulties can get you discouraged if you let them. The good news is, you don’t have to let them.
Take a deep breath, and feel the power of your own purpose and your own intention. You are here to achieve, and to successfully deal with whatever challenges are in your path, so step boldly forward and do it.
Feel your strength grow as you work through each new challenge. Feel your resolve and determination increase as you find new ways to move forward no matter what.
Achievement feels so good because of what it takes to get there. Give what it takes, as often as necessary, and experience the outstanding feeling that your own achievements bring.
