Fireball92: After the last couple weeks seeing the parade of articles and the various analytical minds that have dissected and reassembled the intel hiding within, it is painfully obvious that there is so much going on globally that it boggles the mind.
Tony et al are and have been touting the immediate inevitable RI/RV which I personally really need. I still think Tony and TNT has the best intel however admittedly not all. Over the several years in Dinarland I had shopped around extensively for a trustworthy, steady source of information.
Millionday is great but totally relies essentially on articles. Frank26 is very astute and information is usually good. My reservations with F26 … F26 also relies a lot on articles along with intel but says that by the time information is in an article it has ALREADY occurred.
Since Tony became independent in 2013, he has been my main guy but I read F26, Millionday and a few others on occasion which helps fill in the blanks.
Up until the last couple weeks F26 and TNT had again coalesced with the intel and thoughts of the immediate, eminent RV. I Was perplexed when F26 began to back track.
After digesting the information, last evening I had an epiphany (of sorts).
Can I borrow a Frank26 ‘thing’? Come sit with me and let’s chew a little ‘mushroom’ and expand our minds.
We are at the threshold of RV. It seems that all reasonable thinking individuals believe that as truth. How wide is the threshold apparently is the debate.
Here we are with many discussing Ramadan. I was bemoaning that topic and possibility (remote or not) when the light came on over my head.
What sort of person is in charge of this thing going? A Politician!
The idea then came that while the Iraqi citizen, Al Heider Abadi wants to see his country prosper, the POLITICIAN who is the Prime Minister, Abadi will want to get his constituents approval (can you say approval rating).
So the eve of Ramadan is neigh followed by Eid Al Fitr. Muslims are also encouraged on this Eid Al Fitr, day, to forgive and forget any differences with others or animosities that may have occurred during the year. As an obligatory act of charity, money is paid to the poor and the needy (Arabic: Sadaqat-ul-fitr) before performing the ‘Eid prayer.
What better way to get double duty from the RV. What a great Eid Al Fitr GIFT!… He could have his people and country catapulted out of poverty and misery while getting what will probably be the biggest boost in popularity a leader of country has seen since Winston Churchill.
I amt truly wanting (and needing) the RV like…. yesterday.
This is just the rambling on my ‘mushroom couch’. Fireball
RayFaulk: There is logic there fireball...
Ramadan in 2015 will start on Thursday, the 18th of June and will continue for 30 days until Friday, the 17th of July.
I hope we are done before it starts... but I wouldn't bank on it...Thanks for the post
Awesome Aaron: We went thru the same thinking and postulating last year at this same time... It is still groundhogs day/month/year
Rrrr : Throughout modern media history, when a major event is about to occur that requires secrecy, there will be an abundance of negative information flooding the airwaves.
This miss-information acts as a cloak to protect the covertness of a major event that is about to unfold, you need to look no further than the last Kuwait RV.
Relax! Sit back and enjoy the coming Blessing we are about to receive

[wushock92] So, Iraq has been given arms free and clear to fight Daash and the US won't deliver the weapons and planes that Iraq PAID for? What's wrong with this picture? In fact, Iraq is talking about telling O to take a hike and get their arms from Russia

Washington (CNN)The strained relationship between Israel and the U.S. was on display this weekend as Treasury Secretary Jack Lew was reportedly booed at a Jerusalem Post conference in New York.
According to Israeli newspaper Haaretz, Lew was booed "loudly and consistently" by the largely Jewish-American crowd at the event, a reception Haaretz characterized as "one of the surliest reactions ever accorded to such a high-ranking administration official by a Jewish audience in the United States."
"No administration has done more for Israel's security than this one," Lew said. The crowd reportedly shouted "nonsense" in response to Lew's declaration that "We are not operating on an assumption that Iran will act in good faith."
The Treasury secretary sought to reassure the crowd that the U.S. still held Israel's security as a top priority as it negotiates a deal to curb Iran's nuclear capabilities. Lew received applause for declaring, "we must never allow Iran to get a nuclear weapon."
But tensions between the two nations remain high, and skepticism of President Barack Obama's commitment to Israel has grown within the Jewish community in the U.S. An April Gallup survey found that 54% of American Jews approve of Obama's job performance, a decline from his 61% approval rating within the community in January.
Hostile reaction to Lew at Jewish conference
“I would only ask that you listen to me as we listen to you."

Treasury Secretary Jack Lew was repeatedly booed and heckled Sunday as he spoke in New York City at a Jewish-themed conference sponsored by The Jerusalem Post.
Haaretz, an Israeli news organization, characterized the reaction to Lew’s remarks “as one of the surliest reactions ever accorded to such a high-ranking administration official by a Jewish audience in the United States.”
Cries of "nonsense" were heard during his talk.
“I would only ask that you listen to me as we listen to you,” Lew said to the crowd at one point amid the heckling.
Lew’s address was intended to affirm the Obama administration’s support for Israel’s security, especially in regards to efforts to guarantee that Iran, which has repeatedly vowed to destroy Israel, never builds a nuclear weapon. He discussed various aspects of the Iran deal.
“In these difficult times,” Lew told the audience, “the president has reaffirmed for the world time and time again that the United States of America stands with the state of Israel. This commitment began with a promise at Israel’s founding that has been continued by every president and every Congress since. And like those American leaders before us, protecting the homeland of the Jewish people is something we are proud to honor and uphold.”
Lew added: “The simple fact is this: No administration has done more for Israel’s security than this one.”
Various participants subsequently spoke up for Lew, including Jerusalem Post Editor Steve Linde, Israeli Cabinet Minister Yuval Steinitz and Jewish agency chairman Natan Sharansky, a once-prominent Soviet dissident who became an Israeli government official. “We should remember how pro-Israel speakers are treated on college campuses, treat speakers better,” Sharansky said, according to the Post’s Gil Hoffman.
The Obama administration has faced ongoing skepticism among some American Jews about its commitment to the safety of Israel, particularly in light of the recent Iran nuclear deal. That has created an unusual schism in the American Jewish community, which tends to vote overwhelmingly Democrat.
In the meantime, tensions have escalated in Israel over the past few days amid new rocket attacks from Gaza.
The fourth annual conference was held Sunday at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in midtown Manhattan. Among those who spoke were Rep. Nita Lowey (D-N.Y.) and former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani. “I never want us to take our eye off of Iran,” Giuliani said.
Also addressing the audience, by video, was Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who affirmed the enduring strength of the U.S.-Israel alliance while also pushing for a better deal with Iran.
“Israel has no better friend in the world than the United States, and the United States has no better friend than Israel,” Netanyahu said.
