Barzani is happy. Abadi gave the Kurds a green light to sell oil....you know what that means!
HCL being executed.
nana7 > EXOGEN Barzani is happy too, the Kurds have their share of the oil and can export it NOW!!! Can you say HCL!!! Yea, baby!!
Smokin Jo > Maybe now,
The GOI can be fully announced, which means......
The budget can be released.......
and then the RV!!!!!!
HealthyDoc > YESSSS! HCL has been been a major piece of the puzzle. I remember us looking for this to happen back in June.
Anna M > if the HCL is being executed then the RV is shortly behind, correct?
nana7 > Anna M yep, that and the final announcement of the two remaining ministers. Which is supposed to happen anytime now. :)
EXOGEN September 21, 2014 at 10:46am Happy!!!
Kudu70 Anymore confirmation of O being in Iraq?
G T > Kudu7 He's Probably BEEN THERE & GONE!!You Probably won't know anything about him being their until the announcement (probably will be recorded)
HealthyDoc > Kudu70 I haven't heard. However, I think him being there is largely ceremonial. The real decisions and approvals were made over this weekend and the past 2 weeks.
[chaseybear] 9/21/2014 Millionday: voting on budget...ready to go and economic laws for the economic reform -- cbi is in the middle of doing something...they are discussing if it is the right time for cbi to remove the three zeros or not and the vote on the last of ministers is to be monday. Kurds and iraq getting along and agreeing -- iraq has agreed to pay for staff of kurds and for their forces and the displaced and also abadi and barzani met and resolved all issues on article 140 and payments and all oil issues as far as sales and funds.
Iko Ward -Based on pilot jims post I would say the rollout has already begun. It started Friday night after Forèx closed. You don't get a hundred private wealth manages who can afford G5's to drop everything without cold hard numbers in place
Iko Ward - I think it's a big hint that all those fînancial guys had to meet before the morales opens again on Monday. Though the dong trades in the wee hours the dinar usually doesn't register until 7am EDT. Tells me they feel they have to have certain things in place before then.hours
[Iko Ward - Having been in the financial advisors industry I can't tell you how excited this aspen meeting is. These guys at that level define the word "caution". They're not like bankers, they come from insurance backgrounds, insurance regulations
Iko Ward -For me, this is real Intel. What comes over the wire is always 50/50. You get the truth eventually, but nothing speaks louder than genuine power brokers doing concrete things with the Vice President present. Did you know most financial advisers are limited to how much they can individually manage? I've interviewed four guys to date and they can only take around ten million under advisement without moving to a parent company internal arrangement
TMS : FYI... My Father in law is a retired air traffic controller and knows the aspen controller. He called out there and confirmed that the ramp was full. They will depart later on today..
Iko Ward -To be clear, we want Forex to stay at 0.000 until we get the 800. Once the new rates are on Forex all heck will break loose at the banks. So hopefully, we will either have the 800 later today or Forex will remain at 0.000 when it opens today around 5PM EDT.

[xyz] Suspicions Run Deep in Iraq That CIA and the Islamic State Are United The prevalence of the theory in the streets underscored the deep suspicions of the American military’s return to Iraq more than a decade after its invasion, in 2003. The casual endorsement by a senior official, though, was also a pointed reminder that the new Iraqi government may be an awkward partner for the American-led campaign to drive out the extremists. http://www.nytimes.com/2014/09/21/world/middleeast/suspicions-run-deep-in-iraq-that-cia-and-the-islamic-state-are-united.html?_r=1

[arizona49] lgtennis Yes, saw that
[lgtennis] that is huge
[arizona49] lgtennis Very large piece of the puzzle to have in place, imo all else has been done, waiting again on just the formal announcement of two remaining ministers and the *timing* for the roll out which I think will just appear
[lgtennis] Reset in progress fact - the wells fargo currency board has been down and off line since saturday. IMO When it comes back up with the reset numbers, we are on for the banking exchanging. The green light has been given.
[lgtennis] its been a heck of a long ride for all of us

A member of the Oil and Energy National Alliance MP Awad al-Awadi, "Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi Kurds will engage with SOMO Iraq, the Kurds and give the green light to export, but with the existence of a joint committee between the province and the Sumo."
Stressing that "Abadi would strive to take a strong resolution enactment of a law of oil and gas in spite of the presence of the four points of contention between the province and the federal government, and these points must reach out to the result and Nkhaddha to vote technical and vocational education, and not to the political consensus."
Al-Awadi said in a statement singled out by the reporter Agency for News News (et) that "Parliament has full knowledge about the causes of the strengths and weaknesses of the draft law of oil and gas, and this helped him to approve the law."
The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi visited him the first of its kind to Sulaimaniyah province to check on the health of former President Jalal Talabani at his residence.
