Aggiedad77 says if he is not mistaken, a few days ago he saw mixed in a news article that Abadi had been placed in charge of the temporary committee when it was formed in July to study the budget and bring back possible solutions to Parliament.
If that is so, could that have an early sign of things to come in that he would eventually be the PM and intimately involved in the budgeting process anyway.
