Obama and British PM David Cameron take the initiative to form coalition to to fight ISIL with their allies as terrorism is a global threat after the execution of 2 American journalists and threatening to behead a British aid worker that was kidnapped in Syria a while ago.
US and Britain are talking about military aid without boots on the ground if possible. UAE is the only country in the region who has voiced their readiness to join the effort in any way they can.
