An Agent Orange Vet Tells His Story - From Dinar Recaps Comments Section

David, Tony, Gazza, Texian and you all: Greetings from God's Country, Northern California, Redding, CA to be exact. I've been on this Dinar Train now since about 2011.
Funny, after about 10 years of battling the VA they actually paid me a few years retroactive pay and increased my monthly income enough that I thought it might be good time to change my residence so I moved to the land of opportunity, golf courses, casinos and swimming pools, just to get a taste of how the other side lives. ( excuse me for not tipping my, lighter colored hat, to those of you that have been on the train for a decade now)
Every evening and every morning traveling down into that city you get a birds eye view of what's wrong with America. When you pull onto that freeway, any of them down there really, you realize just how cheap and short life can really be. Dangerous. Best to have others drive, if their good at it.
So, I acquire highly respectable living quarters, due to a bad economy, for just only $750 a month and sign a lease on the second floor with a nice la-nigh facing a huge court yard where every weekend they come to take their wedding pictures, you know, a court yard surrounded by restaurants, and Irish Pub, Art Sales, Local galleries and specialty chocolates.
Strange, but welcome quarters to a guy that grew up with a salmon or two in the family freezer before first drama class at high school.
Now, I'm not a complete hick as I've lived in Honolulu were my ex's relatives, original white man, settlers, commodore of the Honolulu Yacht Club. Spent the first 3 months in Waikiki with 2 Hawaiian Chinese women in silk dresses in my brand new, shipped from the mainland black, T-top Turbo Trans Am. while purchasing a home with a nice pool on the windward side of the island about a half-mile from Kiluha Beach.
So in Vegas, looking at real estate, mostly single family units, no real money to invest but, with over 20 years of hard money lending back-ground, THAT never stopped me before, but I meet a guy that's fighting cancer, a Vietnam Vet like me, and his wife, and I do some house hunting with them. Now I'm talking places with built in theaters 3 stories on one of the golf courses, with or without the furnishings.
Places where their asking maybe $1.5-2.5 million where in better times could go for twice that much. Now get this, The lady has a huge fortune in a foreign currency investment closing any day now and the real estate agent, a couple other Players and myself, are blessed enough to ride along without any of that pressure.
But, I swear to you, this couple is so convinced their ship is coming in on this Dinar deal they would not surprise me if they find the right place if they didn't just write a check for the full amount and tell the agent just to hold it a day or two until it clears.
Back to Lake Las Vegas, interesting to see how people live when they can't afford to live that way any longer, sad but very interesting. Some appear to just walk away from the entire affair, you almost expect to see a half-eaten steak on the dining room table, but the real estate agents have people that clean that up for them, before you visit.
Still pretty impressive dgs for a guy who grew up near the rivers, lakes and pine trees of N. California.
Anyway, they run the Dinar Investment by me and I purchased my first 3 million Dinar, have a tenth of that left now, and I hooked up to the weekly or biweekly calls and you know the rest. Lost track of the couple, they traveled from Florida, guessing the cancers got to him by now anyway. They were convinced then this THING we are involved in was going to hit, so much so, I'm surprised they did not bring along their furniture in a big U haul. My take on this thing has always been a bit different than that.

So, Greed is a funny thing isn't it? Just want to say, how much I've enjoyed meeting the souls here on these sites especially those that still have a dream, still have a faith in the Lord, and still have hope in their fellow man and women. Those things, along with my family and health are the things that I really value. Not the dollar, but the dream.
Still, every once in a while, I come here or there for the Dinar, Dong, Latest News, June 19th, 2014 Google Search, you all know what I mean, and some jerk has written an essay like this, and I curse, under my breath, "What's this Dang Dong Doing, that's why I'm here, when is it going to RV and what's the latest estimate. Give me .25 cents and I'm outta here." But, $1.17 would be better and I can skipn to Wells Fargo from here. Smile.
It's supposed to hit today. DC and Tony, the other Tony, says so, not rushing to gas up the Nissan pickup, which now needs a clutch. These days, I pay the payment on the first, drive it a week or two then park it and look at it in my drive way for a week or two more until I can afford to gas it up again. Times are harder.
Gas, going up, food going up and energy going up as we all who have come here over the years have known. I should have been way better prepared for it all, and I'm better off than many, still, I should have been better prepared for it all, than I am today, but so many around me, are not prepared for any of it, and they can be a drain at times, people in my church family, my son, by wife who likes to drink and gamble a bit, mom who uses her credit cards too much and forgets she also needs to pay the taxes on her house.
Their debt is my debt. Still after looking at Gazza's figures above and the real shape of the the world and it's debt, my troubles seem barely a blimp on the radar of life.
Anyway, I'm 63 now, and not in the best of health as an Agent Orange Vet, with 4 related surgeries and other issues.
I tell you, never count yourself or your dream out.
Every morning I get up and put on that Full Armor of God in Prayer, Pickup that Shield of Faith and That Sword of the Spirit and put the same on for everyone else I can think of, then go out to do battle with the dark forces of this world.
Scratch Bunkerville, NV and The Bundy Ranch off my bucket list. See what I told you, no matter what you were told, this was a battle between good and evil and had very little to do with cattle grazing fees owed.
Would that surprise you, in a world, where we fund rebels in one country, give em guns and money and then send our own children to the country next door to fight and die fighting them. Would it really surprise anyone to find out we're being lied to?
My dream, is to go back to Vietnam with cash in hand, and help out some of those screwed up kids and families who are now, third generation, Agent Orange Victims. I don't think, I KNOW there is a God, and I fully expect to make that last big journey back to Indo China.
May you all live your dreams as well. This morning I put on your Full Armor For You Dinarians and Ding Dongs in Jesus Name. If you don't know where that prayer comes from go here and join the battle for goodness. You may not know where to pickup your White Hat at, but I can tell you and show you where to find that Helmet of Salvation.
Look here: The Armor of God
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.
11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,
15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.
16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
