EXOGEN March 30, 2015 7:10 AM INTEL UPDATE:
CHINA WILL BE WORKING WITH JACK LEW AND U.S.T. FOR FINAL COMPONENTS AND HELP TO COVER THE LARGE NUMBER OF IQD HOLDERS IN THE USA DUE TO OVER PRINTING AND OVER SELLING OF THE IQD.
EXCHANGE RATE ADJUSTMENTS ON THE "RI" HIGHLY LIKELY IN CONJUNCTION WITH STRUCTURED PAYOUTS.
IF YOU ARE IN A GROUP THIS MAY OR MAY NOT APPLY AS THE PROBLEM IS THE LARGE NUMBER OF GENERAL PUBLIC CURRENCY HOLDERS.
NO OFFICIAL SOLUTION IS IN PLACE YET.
Inthelight > EXOGEN March 30, 2015 What they call "FINAL COMPONENTS", I would call it LAST PIECE OF THE PUZZLE since the new system has been tested and ready for us.
The over printing and over selling sounds like it would cause lots of trouble if not taken care of.
Now if they would go that far to make sure all of these millions of people get paid, that tells how much they care about Dinar Land and the positive impact of sharing our blessing with the rest of the world.
That could be the real reason why they would not stop feeding us with sweet opium every weekend so we don't get discouraged and sell our currencies back. It seems after all that IRAQ just like DINAR LAND has been waiting for the RV.

Why Europe is breaking ranks with US on China bank
Europe's support for a China-led international bank is a sign that confidence is waning in U.S. leadership on the global stage and recognition of the need to forge closer ties with an increasingly powerful Beijing, analysts say.
According to media reports this week, Germany, France and Italy have followed the U.K. and joined the $50 billion Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) set up by China last year and is viewed as a rival to the Washington-based World Bank.
"This says as much about the loss of U.S. influence in international political and economic affairs as it does about the growing clout of China," Nicholas Spiro, managing director at consultancy Spiro Sovereign Strategy in London, told CNBC.
CODreamer: I think that Iraq is ready to go and a few days into April won't make a difference in the long scheme of things - it's coming and I don't think it can be stopped, slowed, yes, stopped no
Changeagent720: Hey guys remember the new laws go into effect April 1. "as soon as Monday"

ATLAS : What is taking so long???
That is a question I've been asking for the last 5 years when I first got in on this investment. It's a question up until recently I couldn't come up with any answer for. But I will admit it's more of a string of theories than true answers.
I'm also sure many will completely disagree with much of this which is perfectly fine. I'm no guru and don't pretend to be one. But when things get stuck in my head I find it best to just write it down. Let the criticizing commence!
So let's start back in the beginning of this so called delay. I'm talking about the year 2010 when the revalutaion of Iraq was originally supposed to take place. This is the time that Dr. Shabbibi originally pointed too for Iraq to regain it's place with the international community. But what happened?
We all know of the Marshall Plan. The plan that was set in motion to once again reset the world economy, this time in Iraq. It happens every so many years and was last implemented in Kuwait. 2010 was when it was to be put into action again as planned. The stage was set and actors were in place. This time however one of the actors went off script, Maliki.
Maliki was put into the Prime Minister position by the good ole U.S. to pass the laws and complete the Marshall Plan. He however didn't need or want this plan to take place and instead had a much more sinister act in mind. Maliki wanted to be the next Sadaam, again just opinion.
He put all of his cronies in the right places of the government to make absoluterly sure that only what he wanted would ever happen. Every time the U.S. came asking for his progress report it was one excuse after another.
Laws couldn't get passed because people in the government would oppose it or wanted revisions. But it was his cronies that would oppose them giving Maliki full control of the government.
Years go by and Maliki's fingers are playing Iraq and the U.S. like a puppet. Iraq seems to be falling into chaos all the while Maliki is growing in wealth and power. Obama even pulls all our troops out of the country and brings them home. Nobody seems to have a clue of Maliki's true intentions or a willingness to oppose him. Maliki even brought up bogus charges against Shabibi to further delay the plan. Everything is going just the way Maliki drew it up, or so he thought.
2014 after many years of delays the U.S. and rest of the world have had enough. It's election time and all the sudden Maliki is having a hard time finding support. Even people who once supported Maliki were looking for different leadership. Someone by the name of Abadi wins the election and completely stuns Maliki.
Even with all the corruption and cronies put in strategic places it was clear he lost. But there was nothing he could do because the full backing of the U.S. had switched to Abadi. Abadi is told that if he does what they want he will be very well taken care of and heavily protected.
Before long laws are being passed at lightning speed and the corrupt are being weeded out of the government. The charges against Shabibi are even dropped allowing him to come back into the country and once again set the Marshall Plan in motion.
Investors of the mighty dinar finally felt that the end was upon us. Our dreams would become the reality we've waited so long for. But not so fast says Maliki.
Now this is the part that is purely my opinion but I believe ISIS was in Maliki's back pocket the entire time. Many atrocities had taken place while Maliki was in office but could never be offically linked to him. I believe because it was being done by this little known group ISIS on his behalf.
Think about it, 5 years ago have you even heard of ISIS in the media? How about 2 years ago? I'm willing to bet that's a pretty firm “no”. Organizations like like Al Qaida were always shoved down our throat by the media. But now ISIS springs up from total obscurity... in Iraq... soon after Maliki is removed from office. They knew exactly when and where to strike. They even knew where the U.S. military equipment was being stored. Is that just a complete coincedence or Maliki's final act of revenge?
These animals then proceed to commit atrocities throughout the region creating a big security issue. Without security how could the country ever rejoin the international community? How could Iraq ever revalue their currency? But when you look at Iraq they are still passing laws and the ever elusive budget. With so many security issues how is this even possible?
Think back to the promise U.S. told to Abadi when he was first put in office. You do what we need and we'll protect you. The media is even catching wind that there are indeed troops back in the country though they were all supposedly brought back home.
Then air strikes are operating pretty much 24/7 from multiple countries sending ISIS back into hiding. Yes ISIS is still there and trying to wage a social media war but their strength has diminished dramatically.
Things are finally clearing up and back in position to complete the Marshall Plan. Yet again something crops up to delay it further, Yemen. I know what does Yemen have anything to do with Iraq or the monetary reform? Well it just so happens to not only border Saudi Arabia but had a Saudi backed president. Saudi Arabia is not just an ally of the U.S. but more of a partner.
The largest military sales in the history of the world happened between these 2 countries. Saudi Arabia also happens to pretty much head up the Arab League. Nothing happens in the middle east without the O.K. from Saudi Arabia. With Yemen in turmoil this makes the Saudis very upset.
How much of a delay will there be now? I think it depends entirely on how long it takes for Yemen to stabilize. The Arab League has already decided to create the first Arab force led by none other than the Saudis. Airstrikes have also begun against the Houthis in Yemen which started the whole mess.
The Houthis just happen to be backed by Iran. Do you know who else was backed by Iran? That's right our good friend Maliki. Now wait isn't it the Iran forces that are helping to defeat ISIS in Iraq and Syria?
What country in the region stands to benefit the least when it comes to the revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar? What country is not even included in the Arab League? Well the answer is of course Iran!
Oddly enough even Syria is part of the Arab League though suspended currently. So is it possible that Iran tried to become a hero in Iraq so they could benefit from the monetary reform and when it didn't quite work they began a coup in Yemen in spite?
I don't know as much of this is pure opinion and speculation. However, one fact remains true and that is the monetary reform is so much closer than it ever has been. We are truly in a day to day period for the first time in this entire endeavor. When security in all regions reaches a certain point of stabilization you will immediately see the Marshall Plan finally reach it's climax.
Thank you for reading my rant as it's obviously long. Hopefully the fireworks begin soon and they should. Have a nice day!
