Catalina: IMO We will have a quiet Easter Sunday, but I am on full alert for positive news anytime after midnight through Sunday 6 am when exchange centers close. Exchange center personal report back to work at 7 a.m. Monday.
AdminBill: OF COURSE SOMETHING IS HAPPENING - WHEN I DO NOT KNOW
I HAVE ONE SOURCE THAT SAYS IT IS POLITICIANS IN WASHINGTON BUT I FIND THAT HARD TO BELIEVE.
MOST OF THE OTHER PEOPLE PROVIDING INFORMATION TEND TO REPRESENT THE BROKERS OF THIS EVENT AT THIS MOMENT AS THE CHINESE
REGARDLESS OF THE WHO IT IS REALLY THE WHY WHICH WE CAN EXPLORE FOR A MOMENT
1.)THIS WAS STARTED AS AN EVENT TO JUMP START IRAQ'S ECONOMY WHICH SHOULD HAVE ALREADY OCCURED.
2.) THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO KUWAIT TO REBUILD AFTER THE FIRST GULF WAR
3.) SUBSEQUENTLY THE IRAQ EVENT SEEMS TO HAVE MORPHED INTO A GLOBAL EVENT WHICH MEANS MORE HANDS IN THE POT
4.) THE GLOBAL EVENT MEANS MULTIPLE ENTITIES ARE NOW INVOLVED
5.) NOT ONLY DO WE HAVE MULTIPLE ENTITIES AND COUNTRIES WE HAVE FOUND WE HAVE BEEN INUNDATED BY MORE AND MORE GURUS CLAIMING IT WILL HAPPEN, HAS HAPPENED OR WILL HAPPEN AT MIDNIGHT OR SOME OTHER TIME
6.) I AM ALWAYS ANNOYED WHEN A PERSON CLAIMS TO BE SPIRITUAL YET CONTINUALLY PROVIDES INACCURATE INFORMATION CONTINUALLY. YOU MAY LOVE THAT PERSONS RADIO PERSONALITY. THEY SAME CAN BE SAID ABOUT ANYONE THAT CONTINUALLY SAYS THE SAME THING THAT IS SAID CONTINUALLY DAY IN AND DAY OUT.
7.) THAT IS CALLED PHSYCOLOGICAL IMPRINTING
PERSONALLY I FEEL WE ARE GETTING GOOD NEWS EVERY DAY
HollyHopeful: what is the purpose of this psychological imprinting, ADMIN?
AdminBill: HOLLY - TO KEEP US IN THE GAME - TO CONTINUE TO BUY
My Journey: Adminbill: I get the feeling from what u have said that u r not confident this will be happening anytime "soon"
AdminBill: MYJOURNEY - ACTUALLY I AM… BEFORE YOU FEEL I AM DOWN ON THIS EVENT NOT OCCURRING SOON LET ME ASSURE YOU I AM.
THE PEOPLE I TALK TO TELL ME IT WILL AND SOON.
tman23 Recall the exact words by Shabibi...The project to lift the 3 zeros is a 3 step process with each step taking about 6 months...
Recall the end of last February 2015 CBI Governor Alak gave the green light to begin the process to lift the 3 zeros...
Recall articles in the past where GOI members called to delay the project and said start in June ...where as Shabibi said; The time to lift the 3 zeros is at the start of the year and not the middle of a quarter or the middle of the year...
So what we do know is that a 3 step plan consisting of 18 months would put the project in the 3 step as of right NOW...
This weekend going into the 1st of April has HUGE POTENTIAL to see a change... IMO... With new loans becoming available end of month and end of month being the end of the first quarter and accounting rolled over...
IMO... You should be very excited over this weekend...more excited than you ever been in during this speculation...

Hackers use websites you visit daily to attack you - here's how to protect yourself
It's generally accepted that hackers are smart and sneaky, but we got another big reminder last weekend when several major sites, including the New York Times, BBC, MSN,
Answers.com, AOL.com and thousands of other sites were used to serve malicious ads.
Tens of thousands of users clicking on the ads ended up on sites that launched automated attacks against their computers using the Angler exploit kit.
If Angler found weaknesses on a computer, it could either install the TeslaCrypt ransomware or Bedep Trojan. In other words, users either found their files locked and held for ransom, or got a flood of other malware on their system. To keep that from happening to you, we're going to look at how this attack works and what you can do to defend yourself from future versions.
How hackers spread malicious ads
Malicious ads are nothing new, but after a few years of dealing with them, most ad networks are pretty good at blocking the obvious ones. The hackers behind the latest attack came up with an interesting new twist, though.
According to security firm Trustwave, the hackers found the domains of legitimate online marketing companies that had just expired and bought them. They used those domains to appear as valid businesses and purchase ad space on a huge number of ad networks, including Google's DoubleClick, Adnxs, Rubicon, AOL, AppNexus and Taggify.
Even sneakier, the ads had code that prevented them from attacking computers that had certain security research tools and security programs installed. That kept the security community from picking up on the attack right away and alerting the ad networks.
How the ads attacked
As we said, when a user clicked on the malicious ads they would go to a site that attacked their computer looking for weak spots. Those weak spots were ones we regularly warn you about, including out-of-date browsers and old versions of Adobe Flash, Java, Silverlight and other browser plug-ins.
The attack would also be more successful if the computer's operating system wasn't updated and there was no security software installed. Unfortunately, that describes far too many computers, but it does show you some easy ways to protect your own computer.
How to protect yourself
One key way to protect yourself from this kind of attack is to keep your browser and your computer's operating system updated with the latest patches. This leaves fewer security holes for hackers to break through.
You should also update any browser plug-ins you use, such as Adobe Flash or Java. Even better, uninstall these plug-ins or set them to only run when you allow it. Get more details on that and other ways to make your browser hacker-proof.
If an attack makes it through your browser, you want to make sure it doesn't get much farther. Switching your Windows account from an administrator account to a standard account keeps most viruses from installing and immediately eliminates 86 percent of the threats out there. Learn how to make that switch and other Windows account security tips you need to know.
Of course, there are still attacks that can get around your browser and your Windows settings, which is why you need strong security software installed. This can detect attacks and block them before they get very far.
