wmawhite Article: "Iraqi monetary system enhanced the currency of a new dinars" This is what the Central Bank said two and a half weeks ago..."He noted that" the introduction of new currency does not mean the destruction of ancient coins, but it will continue to trade to about ten years, "
Pointing out that" this period will enable the central bank to withdraw the old currency in accordance with the mechanics will maintain market liquidity." ...ancient coins...(coins/notes)... i.e. the notes you have today. The notes the citizens currently have will be accepted for 10 years.
[WHICH IS THE SAME NOTES THAT WE HAVE.]
In order for those smaller notes to be put into circulation/market place, the value must change. If the value changes then something will change with the peg as well as the auctions.
In other words...these are all tied together...that is why it is referred to as a "project".
Keep in mind, that the large notes will be needed in the market place until the prices of goods decrease...but the prices will not decrease until the value of the currency buying the goods increases in value significantly.
So, when you are told the delete the zeros project will result in the need for the 50, 100 and 200 IQD notes, then you can assume that there is a change in the value coming soon.
The smaller notes will coincide with the larger notes for up to ten years. The most important part of their statements is that the 50, 100 and 200 is expect either by 2017 or the beginning of 2017...and in order for the 50, 100 and 200 notes to work...and change in the value must occur.
Skipper2: A Cashless Economy in Zimbabwe? With Little Cash, There’s Little Choice
Excerpt: Of all the places speeding toward a cashless economy, this nation in southern Africa may not come to mind. About 90 percent of Zimbabweans work in the informal economy, where cash is usually a must. The country, despite the spread of cheap smartphones in recent years, remains low-tech. Blackouts are part of everyday life.
But Zimbabwe is hurtling toward a plastic future for a simple reason: It is running out of cash, specifically the American dollars it adopted in 2009 before abandoning its own troubled currency. Anxious about their nation’s political and economic troubles, many Zimbabweans have been hoarding dollars or taking them out of the country. Banks have slashed daily withdrawal limits. A.T.M.s now sit empty.
Debit card machines are proliferating in Zimbabwe’s cities — not only in churches but also in supermarkets, betting parlors, nightclubs, parking areas and every other business happy to accept paper cash but unable to dispense it. If there are no card-reading machines around, many shoppers now text payments on their cellphones.
Suggar: skipper this is a VERY interesting article ........I think that it is telling they are doing the flip........they are trying to get the Iraq citizens acustomed to thinking about the cards .....while Zimb is doing it with a different direction....I think that both are necessary for the reset..... the cards are the way to reach the masses and to keep it consistant reducing the probability of illigal actions...

Don961: Baghdadi's Message Indicates End of IS: Peshmerga Commander
The message of Baghdadi is aimed at enhancing his followers' morale
Basnews English 03/11/2016 - 11:27
ERBIL — A Peshmerga commander said the battle of retaking Mosul will not take long, and regarding the Islamic State (IS) leader Abu Bakir al-Baghdadi's latest message to his followers, he said "it denotes the weakness of the group and its ultimate collapse."
Baghdadi released a recording on Thursday to address his followers in Mosul in which he expresses confidence in victory as the Iraqi forces have entered the city. “To all the people of Nineveh, especially the fighters, beware of any weakness in facing your enemy,” he says.
Baghdadi has apparently noticed the low morale of his fighters in the face of the Iraqi forces who are swiftly thrusting into Mosul, the IS stronghold in Iraq. His audio message is aimed at encouraging the militants and enhancing their morale to fight the Iraqi forces to the end.
Hameed Afandi, the commander of the Peshmerga forces on Bashiq front, told BasNews that Baghdadi finally broke silence after two years since he declared his Caliphate in Mosul, noting that his statement coincides with the liberation of several neighbourhoods in central Mosul.
Afandi said that IS has been defeated on all Peshmerga fronts and the morale of the militants has been destroyed asserting that Baghdadi's message to his followers indicates the proximity of the group's last defeat.
The Peshmerga commander explained that the extremist organization's military capability has weakened and it is no longer able to open fronts against the Iraqi and Peshmerga forces, adding that the militants will consequently flee, die or fall captives.
