Barzani and Maliki will meet this Saturday..into Sunday. The cabinet met again yesterday(monday) but there was absolutely no intel (big mum).
At 3 oclock today the unsc will have a prilimenary meeting on iraq/kuwait. Looking really good. The official meeting at the un should take place on the 14 of june.
Look for an updated schedule...in other words june 2013....its not out yet....tell the members to look for it for the unsc site. 7 points legislation of erbil were completed by the CoM and committee's.

Elise03: Awesome! The 7 points was one of Steve/OC's "things to look at for". Next is the basket of laws (banking, CPA and investment) and then RV...hopefully.
My understanding is the the 7 points only had to be written by the committee and presented to parliment for passage. I'm guessing the 7 points will trigger the basket laws. Please let this be it!

Federal Cabinet held on Sunday unusual session chaired by the President of the Council Nuri al-Maliki in the city of Erbil in Kurdistan province.
The adviser to Prime Minister Ali al-Moussawi, in a statement to the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), said Tuesday that al-Maliki will arrive in Arbil on Sunday to hold a Cabinet meeting in Arbil, pointing out that al-Maliki will meet on the agenda visit the President of Kurdistan Region Masoud Barzani, President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani.
Al-Moussawi said that the meeting of the Council of Ministers held in Erbil, comes as part of a program that had put al-Maliki, holding cabinet meetings in the provinces, and Erbil and one of the places that were scheduled for the hearing.
Moussawi stressed that Barzani's recent visit to Baghdad and directing the call to the owners to visit Erbil, a role in the order of al-Maliki's upcoming visit.
A delegation from the Kurdistan region under the chairmanship of the regional government Nechirvan Barzani visited Baghdad on Monday, 04/29/2013, and membership of the governor of Kirkuk, Dr. Necmettin cream, Secretary General of the Ministry of Peshmerga team Jabbar Yawar, the Minister of Planning Ali Sindi and a number of officials Kurds, where he met led National Alliance and Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and Parliament Speaker Osama Najafi, and a number of Iraqi political parties, to discuss the crisis between Baghdad and Erbil, and ways to resolve their differences.
The Cabinet held its first meeting outside of Baghdad in February 2012 in Basra, then hold a second hearing in Kirkuk, and a number of sessions in other provinces. Ended LINK
