IS THIS THE SENSITIVE MEETING??? ....
Haider Al-Abadi - Prime Minister Dr. Haider Abadi held, on Friday evening, a meeting with a number of experts and advisers to discuss the administrative and financial reform and improve services and address the sagging career axes, in addition to the allocation of an extended part on ways to tackle corruption and the corrupt.
NOW TIE THAT IN WITH ELMER'S POST HERE IN FORUM
Millionday: SO WHAT WE ARE READING IS THAT ABADI IS PLEDGING TO RELEASE THE PLANS OF REFORMS
aggiedad one thing is shining rather strongly today.....getting rid of corruption....the demonstrators want this.....PM Abadi wants this.....the head cleric in Iraq wants this.....
-Internal order off the 35 officers in the civil defense on charges of financial and administrative corruption
Corruption seems to be today's buzz word.....Interior Minister is seen here giving the axe to 35 officers from the Civil Defense Directorate on allegations of administrative and financial corruption.....don't play this game....PM Abadi is serious about cleaning up the town, the province, the country of corruption....he means business and your past will not just melt away....it is what it is......pray the courts have mercy upon your wrong-doing....but pay the price of losing your job and all that goes with it.
-Abadi announced his commitment to the "guidance" of reference and vows to announce a comprehensive plan for reform
First we see this article from PM Abadi that is calling upon the religious cleric to support the comprehensive plan he has for reformation that includes a serious fight against that "C" word....and I don't mean cardboard.....corruption....specifically in this instance administrative corruption.... He is also seeking solid support from all political entities as he pushes this plan forward....people he is serious about putting an end to corruption in one of the most corrupt countries of the world....applaud this man's tenacity and unwillingness to just follow the status quo.....
-President of the Bar: next week is the week of corrupt accounting and the first suit will be held regarding the removal of dual nationality of sovereign positions
Looks like next week could be an interesting time....especially for anyone in authority who might happen to hold dual nationality status.....
-Sistani calls Abadi to be more daring and courage to expel corrupt and implement reforms
Ok I didn't ask you to wait for it earlier.....but here is the message from al-Sistani the religous cleric of Iraq basically giving yet another green light to PM Abadi.....but in doing so he is strongly urging Abadi to exercise more daring and courageous efforts to truly combat the issues surrounding corruption.....kick butt and take names later.....spare no prisoners.....just get the job done and do it as judiciously and expeditiously as possible.
-Parliamentary Regions: object to the tariff came because of its application in Kurdistan
Yes the tariffs were enacted and implemented this past Saturday....yes PM Abadi put a hold on the process as of Thursday.....recognizing there is a lack of parity between all border points....especially from within the Kurdistan region..... what....you don't care for the problems that you encounter at 1166....well there is a simple fix to that too....just move the rate....you know how this works.....don't be afraid.
BAGHDAD (AP) — Thousands of Iraqis braved the scorching summer heat to stage a huge protest in central Baghdad on Friday, calling on the prime minister to dissolve the parliament and sack corrupt government officials.
Urgent National Guard bill in parliament , ready to be voted ( 2015/8/8 14:50 )
Frank26: This is an update for You and KTFA FAMILY: The CR (Credit Rating) was issued at a B minus but given as STABLE. The user Default Ration IDR was a B grade. Moody and Finch is the first to report this last night. The other agencies are waiting for instructions.
Abadi hold Taxes and Tarrif's at borders because the DB's (Domestic Bonds) were ONLY a TEST. He had to post pond to slow citizen voice........ IMF knew this.
It is NOW Iraq's Sovereign CR. Jabouri said he was disappointed but understands the MR with DRS. The room from B to A is to make room for growth.
The RI is being kicked in iMO and the B is the RI phase that will take us into the RV.
The credit rating is visible because of security now. If A did not succeed with the 2 BN bonds and the citizens then the second phase would have failed so he took phase one out of the control of the citizens' hands.......brilliant.
Jabouri wanted a higher CR but he understands this is the start of adding value and that is the focus right now for the currency.
follow the two state banks of Iraq......Rafadim and Rasheed because they may be the holders of the 5 trillion loan from the CBI. Only because the corrupt managers have been removed from these two banks. Please look inside the money world, something is going on with these two banks as we speak.
We have information that this Saturday meeting may be bigger than most meetings by the CBI. Why is it at a hotel with luxury for thousands that are coming......why the royal treatment?
Why at the same moment the IMF reiterates that Alack is only the acting governor of the CBI for now?
Sir....trust Middle East news now. Why is the GREEN ZONE blocked again today? Why is Abadi letting the protestors have their way against the corrupt officials of their country?
Why did the defense minister arrest 35 last night? Why is the GOI scattering like ****roaches? Abadi dismissed all of M's followers and they are not getting paid by the GOI.
Many small things are leading to one big thing.IMO.....the thousands that will show up at the Sheraton tomorrow/Saturday may be that the CBI is announcing......"open for business".
Not just for the 5 trillion report.....these guests are being treated way too good..
On top of all of this......1250 troops just landed in Iraq yesterday. Most from our Forts but this number has some from South Korea......the new coalition force!!!
The news is good on security and it is leading us to the Sheraton....we will send FireFlies. Our report shows the following for tomorrow......"A is XXXXXXXX SERIOUS".
Finally Sir......after this meeting may I suggest that there will be a massive roundup of corrupt officials in the GOI/CBI .......get ready!
Security kills corruption and corruption of currency must stop.
Therefore know that displaced and embezzled funds have been recovered and applied ......all that was stolen from the GOICBI and citizens in the last corrupt years.
M's son cannot leave Iraq nor can M. ...Security ......... Our Friend. KTFA Frank

Maynard57: ...I have little info and I don't do intel, so, regarding the tarriffs and insistence up to this point, WTO made this clear. Clear as need for currency reform.
Just read the WTO Ascension handbook and you'll see what I mean. I just think Abadi is lighting a fire. I like him very much and I think he may have a plan. Let's just stay calm, hold our cards like savvy investors and let it play out. Maynard

[tlm724] so the foreign trade regime has been validated and that paperwork has been forwarded to the WTO !
[tlm724] come on Iraq you can do this !!!!!!!!!! *hallelujah* JUST HANG ON WE ARE GETTING THERE STEP BY STEP !

OH YEAH REST OF GCR FOLKS HOPE YOU GOT YOUR STUFF DONE CAUSE IRAQ AINT GONNA BE OBEDIENT AND WAIT FOR YOU ANY MORE!!!!
YOU JUST ABOUT TO MISS THE BOAT!!!! IMO
IQD NOVA: ...we cannot forget some of the foundational things about whatever we are invested in. Two of Many with the Dinar are...
One is the fact that all government agencies must use the Dinar and Two is that these agencies are in need of The New Mechanism in order to use the Dinar.
We have been looking with great anticipation this week on three fronts. Bonds, Tariffs and The Passing Of Power To The Provinces.
I realize that Iraq has been collecting taxes since Eve ate The Apple, but they have never done it with the New Mechanism.
IMO this mechanism must be in place before we see anything more on its Implementation / Delay.
What have we seen as for Passing Power To The Provinces?
Much of the same, it is being slow played "We must do to slowly ". IMO we will not see this fully implemented till the new mechanism is in place.
Now those wonderful Bonds that create so much confusion. Can we find anything on them?NO!!!
Not a word from anyone. Why? IMO this also requires the new mechanism be in place before these Bonds can be sold!!
What do we see happening Globally right now?We see A New System/ Mechanism being brought on line with many countries Right Now!!!
Really.... as of July 31!!Never in the history of Iraq have we seen what we are seeing right now!!!!
So what is my Opinion? It is this, It is clear to me that Iraq's Government and its Central Bank is Waiting!!!
Waiting for the New System to get to them so it can turn on Its New Mechanism and start doing what the world wants it to do!!!
And what do we know..... THAT THE NEW SYSTEM HAS BEEN TURNED ON SO IT JUST DOWN TO TIMING FOR IRAQ!!!
IQD NOVA: And what does that system need now?
SAGER -: The system needs money! Nova, awesome post!!!
Bandito Rox: It needs an international tradable currency!
IQD NOVA : Thumbs Up
authorso wrote Here is a short youtube video about Iraq's credit rating by Fitch. This video is 4 minutes 25 second in length. It is very informative. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4HSgnNdWp8o
authorso wrote If I were an investor ;) just hearing about this new rating for Iraq, I would see this as an announcement of a new currency in town. Guess what folks, two major dealers are shut down. Amazon and Ebay are running out of currency. What does this tell us all? Go RV..............
authorso wrote The Credit rating means their is a rate hidden somewhere
authorso wrote We are probably in the midst of a RI right now and not hearing anything about that just yet.
authorso wrote It is more than a start. It is a process that has began.
authorso wrote RV is the next step

okrocks wrote The CBI meeting happened... The Reform is happening... The Citizens, Religious Leaders and Blocks are backing Abadi for the Government Reform! To Clean out all the corrupt within... A credit rating given which moves them into position for international movement... WTO movement... This is all good folks!!!
In conclusion my thoughts are that Abadi's reforms were tried and tried again and until he had the BACKING of the Religious Authority, (who carry a lot of weight in the region) AND the people themselves he was not able to get it done... This is all a very brilliant move IMO in order to being this "baby" home... and like the twitter post from above, it states it all:
