EdoBini: People can not understand when Iraqis elite says that they are introducing 50K and 100K Coins while at the same time saying they will delete the zeros from the Currency.
Donnie: ‹@EdoBini› actually the latest articles say delete zeroes will be on hold until after the affects of introducing the 50k new coin/note
Donnie: ‹@EdoBini› they want to see the effect first then react
EdoBini: Stager inflation will obviously be the effects. No Country that is serious will have such a high Coins/Notes to start with. That was how Zimbabwe started. l can't understand why they are departing from original plan of deleting the zeros to this uncharted and untested zone..

chattels: shun : verb (used with object), shunned, shunning. 1. to keep away from (a place, person, object, etc.), from motives of dislike, caution, etc.; take pains to avoid.
chattels: Shunning can be the act of social rejection, or emotional distance. In a religious context, shunning is a formal decision by a denomination or a congregation to cease interaction with an individual or a group, and follows a particular set of rules.
KiwiDoc: ‹@chattels› was reading the article OOTW gave.
chattels: a particular set of rules or values, e.g., loyalty, confidence and / or fellowship
chattels: ‹@KiwiDoc› your thoughts ?
jarhead: there r some that dot have that lol
KiwiDoc: ‹@chattels› well first off I am of the opinion that Abadi has huge hurdles between the different factions
jarhead: wow lol
OOTW: well it certainly seems there's contention in some provinces..they don't want the fed govt to control their economies
KiwiDoc: and to date, the actions of Bagdad have been either delayed or inconsistent to the point that the mistrust is not being contradicted by actions
KiwiDoc: I think that until you see public addresses by the various factions held together asking for the people's support, there won't be a swing over to cooperation and unification that they desperately need.
chattels: " shunning " ( cont'd ) Social rejection occurs when a person or group deliberately avoids association with, and habitually keeps away from an individual or group. This can be a formal decision by a group, or a less formal group action which will spread to all members of the group as a form of solidarity.
KiwiDoc: The original appointments by Abadi spreading around the power has to be supported by publicdisplays of agreement. Hence your shunning is now being applied by lack of what I have mentioned.
KiwiDoc: Just mho

OOTW: YES HE IS
vtech: its a growing guessing game
jarhead: thats old articles but my opinion
jarhead: but who am i
OOTW: FROM TODAY AND FROM THE PARLIAMENT SITE
OOTW: In response to the interventions he noted Mr. Deputy Prime Minister said the draft oil and gas law will be presented soon to the Council of Ministers, pointing out that the provinces of Najaf, Samawa and Babylon are processed low rates of electricity because of the fuel, explaining that the connector for electricity comes from Mosul Dam where you can not keep the water quantities that produce electricity or stored indicating that the Commission does not interfere the work of the ministries.
SO THEY'RE SAYING THAT THE OIL AND GAS LAW IS BEING DRAFTED AND THAT NOT ONLY THE DRAFTING OF THE LAW,
BUT ENACTMENT OF THE LAW, MAY BE HINDERED IF THEY DON'T GET THE MOSUL DAM WATER LEVEL NEEDS TO BE HIGH ENOUGH, OR NEEDS TO RETAIN ENOUGH WATER,
TO POWER THE ELECTRICITY IN CONNECTION, WITH, I'M GUESSING, POWER NEEDED PERTAINING TO OIL PROCESSING. THE LANGUAGE REGARDING THE LATTER "ALLUDING"IS UNCLEAR.
OOTW: In the interventions of the ladies and gentlemen of Representatives between Aris MP Abdullah, head of the parliamentary energy committee that the absence of a law regulating the oil and gas is one of the causes of the current problems and wondered about the possibility of legislation to oil private law.
OOTW: HAVE A GREAT DAY KIWIDOC
