[Papa Bear] Folks currency speculation is not for the weak at heart. Lots of volatility, play by banks, volume , big names and ranges involved. That’s why I have been stressing REAL HARD to use RISK MANAGEMENT techniques to provide some protection.
[Papa Bear] $ today 81.65 -1 ec 1.32.62 +38 sf 1.0722 +25 JY 10131 -134 BP 1.5584+26 cd .9810 + 20 . Not as exciting as has been
[blackjon] Papa Bear it would do better to explain what those numbers mean instead of just posting them I know it took me a while to fine out what they mean
[Papa Bear] blackjon That is up to your research until reset ok?
[Midnight Blue] Papa Bear No, the dollar has fallen recently against the Yen after Japan printed tons of yen to drive the value of yen down. last year the Yen to USD was 79. It fel to 103 to USD. Im the last few weeks it rose again to 97 to 98 to the USD
[Papa Bear] Did I say the yen or $ hasnt fallen recently. Don't think so
blackjon] Papa Bear then why put them in the room if some can't understand them
[Papa Bear] blackjon Thats the days change.
[Papa Bear] Thats like me saying Dow-9.53 to 15238.59

[Midnight Blue] Let's review. about 3 to 3.5 trillion dinar are held by US citizens (plus more than that by US gov.) at Say $11.86 per dinar that will equal over $40 trillion added to M1 money supply which is now about 1.2 trillion. The USA GNP is only about 17 trillion. What effect do you think that will have on the USD value?
[alin] right now the Japanese Yen is up by 0.0101 against the USD
[Papa Bear] alin Jume YEN 101.31 -134 dont know whether your quote is after close on platforms or where..Just verified off floor
[Midnight Blue] As other countries currencies rise in value from the global reset against the dollar, what do you think will happen to the cost of imports from those countries? USA imports almost 50% of what we consume now.
[Papa Bear] Midnight Blue Initial IMHO is up $after reset. Deals with deficit . Touch on what treasury holds
[Papa Bear] Remember folks there will be both a short term and long term reaction to our reset. You have to be able to finance your thoughts.
[Midnight Blue] The British Pound used to be the reserve currency. Britain had a great increase in Pounds printed due to WW2 debt. They lost currency reserve status after that. 3 times more USD are held by foreigners and their governments than are held in USA because of stability and to use for international trade. If the USD falls in value and continues to fall because of rapid inflation, most of those USD's will flood the market too. What effect do you think that will have?
[Papa Bear] Folks there are plenty of people who can help you out here. There are people who specialize in each field
[Midnight Blue] Papa Bear Please remember, the reset will only handle the national debt of 17 trillion. 38 states are bankrupt and have an accumulated debt much greater than that. The unfunded entitlements are believed to exceed 80 trillion. The global reset has nothing to do with that. The trillion dollar annual federal budget deficit will continue to government balances the budget.
[Papa Bear] Midnight Blue We are dealing here with more than reset. Please realize the huge happenings hooked together and move away from fiat currency.
[Midnight Blue] This is all IMO, however you should be aware that one of my 3 master degrees is in Economics and one Phd emphasis is in Public policy analysis with an International economics emphasis and the other is a PhD in Business economics
[Catbite] Midnight Blue just have a hard time with $11+ because of the scenario you're using, imo
[Midnight Blue] Catbite Actuall I would have a hard time with the $11 + plus scenario, if it was not for what I posted. I am afraid it makes me conclude (In my educated opinion) that the rate could be so high because it anticipates a 50% devaluation of the USD.
[alin] MidnightBlue, I hate financing, cost accounting, ABC accounting, etc, but in light of things, I have to use it everyday. Having said that, can you please tell me your opinion regarding your thoughts past RV?
[Midnight Blue] alin I think those with dinar and VND we be fine even with a 50% devaluation if that occurs. I believe the country will have a short honeymoon followed by strong challenges, but with returning to the republic and releasing the American spirit we will prevail stronger and better than ever before.
[owl] Midnight Blue THAT is THE "mouthful" nobody is saying. Given THAT scenario I could see or embrace the higher-rate concept. But who wants to see the USD devalue by 50%?
[Midnight Blue] owl Remember we have lost much if not most of our manufacturing base. However, it took less than a year to two years for Americans to build it during WW2. With the lower dollar, "Made in the USA" will return. We produce higher quality more efficiently that any one else on Earth. America will be BACK! IMO
[believer55] Midnight Blue well if the ust does a 1 to 1 and assuming the frn inflationary rate balances back out then prices should drop to a correct value which should mean your dollar will go a lot further than before???
[Midnight Blue] believer55 Not initially, especially with imports. As my last post stated, there are very positive effects of having a weeker dollar, especcially with the harnest of big government removed.IMO
[Midnight Blue] I have to go, Later everyone. By the way, if you take one thing away from those earlier posts, is that you should be wise with your blessing, help others and help America to stay the best country on Earth, IMO
