RELEASE OF CHAPTER 7 : WHAT IT REALLY MEANS : A SHORT CAMEO BY TD
Thanks Recaps for publishing a few thoughts from my contact in Iraq and myself .
I asked my Iraqi contact couple hours back what Chapter 7 has represented to Iraq and it's forthcoming release. I wanted to share what he wrote to me :
"TD, for what seems like a lifetime we felt like a 1000 kilo gorilla was sitting on us and we were helpless, it felt like a kid in the schoolyard who was different than other kids and felt completely alone. It felt like we were 3rd/4th class citizens of the world not able to play with the big boys. It felt like having to ask permission from nations overseeing us for almost every move we made.
What does it mean for us to start anew. ? Reborn as I've said to you before many times . As old as our history is of a nation and people we feel like a New born Republic. A future glowing with opportunities for our kids. All along we knew of our great wealth. Now we can finally use it to our benefit.

And lastly TD we are SO APPRECIATIVE to the world in providing our freedom . We honor those brave men & women of the USA , UK, Canada, All the allied forces (too many to list) who sacrificed their blood, their lives, their limbs, their state of mental well being etc. so that Iraq would once again prosper. We will never forget those sacrifices I assure you. Thanks "
Well, you see why I wanted to share what he had to say guys. And you know, tomorrow we now know that our efforts there, correct that, the world's efforts there were NOT in vain.
Tomorrow is not just a day for the Iraqi people to be proud but a day for all Americans , All Allies who contributed , to be proud.
Tomorrow, please take a moment and honor, celebrate, pray , whichever way you feel comfortable to the Iraqi people, to our brave , to the world's brave, for the shedding of your blood, sweat & tears did have a measurable purpose.
